    Everything there and more
    Pettah is hectic. A number of different streets make up Pettah and sell everything from fruit, lassi, clothing, watches (mostly fakes), phone covers, pots, pans. You name it. A great place to get lost and enjoy the real Colombo. It's safe and tourist friendly.

    A Nice Experience
    It was nice visiting One Galle Face Mall after a very long time.

    A nice shopping mall, with many food stalls with a variety of international food stalls & a Sri-Lankan food stall in the Food Court.

    Also, many other shops with a variety of items available, even window shopping is fun.
    Well maintained & also very clean.
    Well worth a visit, if you have time to relax.

    The highlight of my Saturday mornings!
    I’m a regular at good market and enjoy my weekly visits to buy our supply of natural, healthy, organic food. My purchases include but not limited to fresh fruits & veges, juicy lemons, king coconuts, pure bee's honey, kitul jaggery & honey. My favourite stall at good market is “Soul Food” run by the ever so beautiful, warm & friendly couple Ina & Saliya! I not only get my almond milk & almond butter plus the occasional yummy desserts, which are of utmost quality and value for money, but Ina also shares some valuable health tips, motivating you to live healthier. Ina & Saliya are truly amazing!

    Manic
    This is a manic city centre but well worth a visit. Plan a route ahead to visit all the popular sites on foot. It is easy. The alternative would be to take Tuk Tuk. Be bold when crossing the road as the traffic will stop. Be timid and you will be there a long time!

    Thankful for the service rendered to us
    Ms. Udeni at Vogue Jewellers (Nugegoda) assisted us to select rings for our wedding. She was helpful and generous. I am highly satisfied with the services rendered to customers by the staff at this place.

    A good place to relax
    Lovely new mall, cool and fairly quiet. We enjoyed lots of meals in their food centre, (we tried Sri Lankan, Chinese and India) and did lots of shopping at Diligence on the floors above. The coffee shop served great cappuccinos, I was a bit apprehensive but this was the best I had in Sri Lanka. Roots juice bar was a good choice for desserts, lovely ice cream.

    This is a very good clothes shop here. The choice of clothes for sale very good. The price similar to other ones. They have a cadju nut,sandwiche and a fresh strawberries desserts out lets in the compound.

    Convenient place to shop ready-made clothing
    Away from the congested metropolis "The Factory Outlet" is at a convenient place to look for ready-made garments. With ample parking the store has a vast display of cloths for an entire family. Men's section was in the upstairs while women and children cloths were found in the downstairs together with loads of other accessories catering to different tastes. I found several cargo shorts which fitted me well and within my budget. Service was very courteous with many helpers around to assist.

    Handy place.
    If your hotel is close by and you’re looking for a supermarket, there’s a great Keell’s on the lower ground floor. The rest of the mall is pretty neat with some nice stores including a small branch of Luv SL. One of the better malls in the area and not crammed full of high-end branded stores selling stuff you can’t possibly afford.

    Good for Shoppholics
    Good place for shopping branded stuff. You get toys bags, stationaries, men and womens clothing ad lingery and all are big brands. But was quite messed up not arrangeded size wise and limited fitting rooms. Still one visit is advisable.

    Absolutely beautiful shop & service. Experts in this area, I could not recommend more!
    I absolutely could not recommend Salie’s shop more to buy your gemstones and/or jewellery in Sri Lanka. 11/10 service from start to finish. Me and my boyfriend visited a few shops in Sri Lanka looking to buy pink sapphires and the owners were very pushy and demanding. Not here, from the moment we entered the shop Shazi & Isam were so kind, helpful and patient. They took the time to show us many gems, explain all about them and it is clear to see how passionate they are as well as knowledgeable, true experts in this world. I intended to buy gem stones alone however due to their beautiful nature and the fantastic workmanship shown in their shop I decided to have two custom rings made, one for me and one for my Mother. We had three weeks in Sri Lanka and this was more than enough time for them to make the rings. I was kept updated and sent photos and made feel at ease the whole time. We did not have to make payment until collection either, Islam said “the time you’ve spent here and interest you have shown is your deposit”. How lovely is that? When I returned to collect the rings after our holiday was over in other parts of Sri Lanka I was so pleased to see how beautiful they were. I ended up purchasing another pink sapphire stone alone for a friend. After we’d made payment etc Islam even gave us a free lift home to ensure our purchases were safe. I honestly could not recommend this shop more, thank you so much Islam & Shazi for such beautiful jewellery and wonderful service. We will be back! X

    Full senses experience
    This is a must go, if ur in Colombo.. a sacred place in the hectic city. The gallery is part of an breathtaking open house, with a stunning garden in the middle of it all.

    As soon as u enter, you will be very warmly welcomed by the lovely family who lives there.

    The husband who is the artist, will guide you thru all his work. And he made his art accessible for everyone. Since you can leave the gallery with a poster or an original art piece. So it’s all up to you how u will enrich ur own home.

    We was even that lucky, to be able to book a yoga session with the wife who is also a yoga teacher and sound healer.

    Just wow.
    Don’t leave Colombo without stopping by.
