- Gus B9 contributionsWe used this company for 2 transfers around Vietnam. From Nha Trang to Da Lat and Da Lat to Ho Chi Minh. Mr Khang and Mr Phuc (our drivers) were both excellent, safe drivers. - Yves T13 contributionsI have to report the very bad experience with Di Chung Taxi. I booked online and paid with Paypal for a trip from Nha Trang city to Cam Ranh airport. I have not received any confirmation for this reservation or any order number. I sent at least 4 emails. I called the number 1900 6022: this is a call center which charges by the minute but it was impossible for me to speak to anyone. In addition, the on-hold messages are only spoken in Vietnamese. Finally, without any answer, I had to book another taxi which cost me an extra ride. For the sake of honesty, I still called the hotel to find out if a taxi showed up at the agreed time. I was told that indeed a taxi has arrived. But how can you take the risk of missing a plane without any confirmation of the taxi reservation?
