Although it's prohibited in some countries for protecting animals, it's possible in here Vietnam. You get the bamboo stick with a piece of meat hanging on the string, by paying some VND. Crocodile comes nearby and suddenly snaps your meat. Me and my son had so many fun for this activity. I have intention to visit this theme park only to enjoy the Crocodile Kingdom.

    Monkey Island Eco Forest Park

I went on a Monday and there were hardly any other tourists. The park has several attractions: (1) the monkeys themselves, which you only see around the entrance to the park; (2) a crocodile farm; (3) a restored Viet Cong military base; (4) and a boat ride around the area, which looked fun, but which seemed expensive. It is 600,000 vnd per boat, probably worth it if you’re with a group. The highlight was definitely the Viet Cong base. Most of the path is covered by a canopy of trees, which made it much more comfortable under the midday sun. There is a restaurant on site. It’s overpriced and mediocre, but will do the job if you’re famished like I was after walking around for a couple of hours.

You can take a tour, go by motorbike, or go on by public transport like I did (which does involve some walking):

GETTING TO AND FROM CAN GIO/MONKEY ISLAND FROM HO CHI MINH CITY BY BUS AND FERRY:
    (1) Bus # 20 from Ham Nghi station (5 minutes walking from Ben Thanh market) to Binh Khanh bus station (Bến xe buýt Bình Khánh). This is the last station on route 20.
    (2) Walk from the Binh Khanh bus stop to the ferry (5 minutes)
    (3) Take the ferry to Cần Giờ. This is about 15-20 minutes long
    (4) Get off the ferry, walk to the bus and get on bus # 90. If you walked past the Cao Dai temple on the opposite side, you’ve walked too far. Ask the bus driver or conductor to notify you when the bus arrives at Monkey Island (which isn’t technically an island), otherwise you’ll miss the stop.
    (5) Walk from the Monkey Island bus stop to the park, which should take 15-20 minutes.
    .
GETTING FROM MONKEY ISLAND TO THE BEACH IN CAN GIO. It’s only about 4 more kilometers to get to the beach. Again, if you’re on foot, wait for bus 90, which runs about every 15-20 minutes. You’ll get off at the next to the last stop (again, tell the driver you want to go to the beach), and then you’ll need to walk about 1 kilometer to get to the beach. Check out the seaside restaurants while you're there. I highly recommend the salted shrimp.

As others have mentioned, not for the feint hearted if you don’t like offal or pieces of animals, frogs or fish you don’t know existed. The street markets outside spread for miles. If you want to get a good insight into the culture then Ba Chieu market will provide that.

We had an informative and delicious trip with Su and Jun, packed with lots of fun. We were picked up at our hotel and started our scooter trip. We felt absolutely safe during the rides. For food we had Vietnamese pancake and pizza, Obama noodles, Seafood, coconut icecream and a caramel pudding. All served at authentic Vietnamese stops, were we also saw a lot of locals. On top of that, we also got to see the flower market and how locals live in ex-American-soldier apartments. Su and Jun gave us a lot information about the food, were able to answer all our questions and it was a pleasure to chat with them. The whole evening was rather meeting friends than going on a guided tour. Thanks for the unforgettable event, Su and Jun!

Definitely the highlight of our 2-day trip to Saigon. Picked a tour "Saigon unseen adventure". For the first time we've experienced tour around the city on motorbikes. In our opinion, motorbike is the most convenient, exciting and distinctive way of exploring Ho Chi Minh city, especially with such knowledgeable and friendly guides like Quan and Nick. Seen and heard a lot of interesting things about non-touristic side of city life during 3-4 hour-tour that we would probably be unable to experience otherwise. Thank you guys for the great idea and its' professional and conpetent realization. Recommend to everyone who has limited time for sightseeing and wants to see a little bit more than classical tourist attractions.

The night street food bike tour is a good way to experience Ho Chi Minh City culture. All guides can speak good and understandable English. Cici is my tour guide and she has mindfully checked on what I have tried before deciding where to bring me the nicest street food. She also shared a lot of information on the old apartment, the mindset and lifestyle of different generations and social status. I am very pleased with this tour. One thing that I need to take note of is that because I booked from klook, and it offers instant confirmation, the tour agent/the guide will only contact you on the day instead of the day before. Thank you again Cici for this memorable trip.

My partner & I did the tour with the lovely Kim & Hoa. From the moment we met the girls they were so delightful & enthusiastic, and their English was great. The tour apart from being some of the most delicious food we tried in Ho Chi Minh it was also a great way to see the city and the girls made us feel very safe amongst the hectic traffic. I would highly recommend this tour for any visitors ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

We took a 6 hour trip to Cu Chi by speed boat. Ride to harbour was nice and from the beginning our guide was really professional. Speedboat was the best way to reach our destination without traffic and we get chance to see riverside life.
Cu chi tunnels were intresting and our guide was amazing. He tells us great stories about Vietnam-life and history.
We really recommend this trip to everyone. Big thanks to our guide Thi (litte skinny guy ;))

Nguyễn Trọng Sơn had everything organized for me. From the airport, the food tour, and back to the airport. He is extremely helpful and made my trip to Saigon very convenient! Everyone was so polite and punctual. I highly recommend this tour company to anyone who visits Saigon!

This tour was fantastic! The flexibility and friendliness of the guide I had really made this special. For example I was suffering from a vicious hangover and was in poor condition at the start of the tour when Tom came to pick me up. He was really thoughtful, gifted me water and helped me to a pharmacy for meds too, asked if I wanted to do the tour at night instead of morning and generally made sure I was going to be ok. That level of genuine care (and a serving of special vietnamese coffee too) really perked me up and made a horrible wake up into a amazing experience.
The sights themselves were really worth going to as well, and was refreshing to get out of district 1. I also suggested to go to a museum that tom didn't know of and we added that to the tour as well, so extra compliments for that! Yummy food, coffee, and interesting sights are all found here.

Ultimately I highly recommend this tour to other travellers and would love to thank Tom again for being such a wonderful guide and person to me.
