Transport was smooth, agent even accommodated our request for drop off at the airport with no fuss.
Halong bay was just beautiful- had a great trip.
Cruise staff were attentive and all activities enjoyable. We had much fun in this trip. He is also having good command over English which makes us comfortable. Time to time he tell the story behind each place. Very organized and timely. Tour started on time and went very well. I must recommend to have a trip with Mr. Phong if you would like to make your trip memorable.

We booked last minute and felt that the crew made it happen due to great systems and willingness to meet our needs. As vegetarians, the food was superb. The activities were great especially the day when we went kayaking and swimming.

The first stop at the cave was amazing. We then were served a fabulous seafood lunch in the boat in the way to kayaking. The scenery in the lagoons on the bay were nothing short of spectacular. I just wish we had more time for the overnight trip. Robert, our guide, was great. I thought this trip was a great value and worth every minute. - Thu Ha NNew Orleans, LA9 contributionsGreat tour! Dat/Danny was our tour guide. He's hilarious and very mindful. Kept us at good pace and showed us all the good spots.
The palace was nice. The hike up dragon mt was spectacular. Mua cave was okay. The boat ride scenic. The Vespa ride we got rained on but that was still a fun adventure and to see the backroads of rice paddies. We ended up in a different cave with stagelmites and that was neat as well.
Lunch spot was pretty along river with good food.
Water and ponchos readily available which was nice.
Can wear sandals unless you plan to get to rockier dragon statue at top of Mt.
