The staff was very nice and helpful.
They have a shower room too but you have to bring all the essentials - towel, soap, shampoo.
All in all it was a fun experience as a first time boulderer(?). Couldn't make it past the Grade 3 though, since I felt it was designed for foreigners, most stuff I could not reach haha. Then a hair wash and blow wave then made a last minute decision to get my 5 and 3 year olds nails done…& mine and wow we were treated like queens! Ms. Hue was my massage person. I had with her 2 times hot stone massage in addition a facial ...honestly she did an awesome and a mazing job.

Her cranial sacral work was particularly effective and Karen took the time needed to talk through and understand my unique issues. I would whole heartily recommend Karen for any treatment offered.
