- Amanda GGarden City Park, NY10 contributionsVisited the spa with my husband and with the help of the very kind manager, we chose the l’essence unique massage combo which included a massage, body scrub, steam room, herbal bath and a meal. All of it was great. The room we were in was private, clean and spacious. The entire experience felt very luxurious . Erina and Kevin were our massage therapists and both were excellent and professional using great technique and always ensuring we were comfortable throughout. The meal that was included at the restaurant was also very delicious and a very nice atmosphere. We originally were not expecting the meal to be anything special since it was included in the spa combo but we were wrong- everything was delicious! Though the pricing is on the higher side, we definitely feel like it was worth the price for a relaxing luxury experience. We had spa pedi, mani and eyelash extensions. We got a foot massage too. Professional, clean, good communication. - dianne c150 contributions200K VND for day use which includes the shoes, an extra 40k for the chalk. The place is huge and they have a lot of courses(?) for different levels.
The staff was very nice and helpful.
They have a shower room too but you have to bring all the essentials - towel, soap, shampoo.
All in all it was a fun experience as a first time boulderer(?). Couldn't make it past the Grade 3 though, since I felt it was designed for foreigners, most stuff I could not reach haha. - Neah T3 contributionsAfter days of navigating and walking around the bustling street of Hanoi, an afternoon massage combined with a relaxing sauna is such a therapeutic treat.
The spa team at the hotel have well trained masseuse and very nice and accommodating staff who will be there to extend a quality service.
The place is quiet, clean, well kept and smells really good. Especially my back. But I met a very enthusiastic and thoughtful Massage owner
My shoulders and lower back have improved and the pain is gone.
Because of the moxibustion and meridian clearing Massage mainly focused on the pain so I am very satisfied thank you
I will come back next time and recommend to many people
