    Wonderful experience!

    Wonderful spa day!
    Very enjoyable spa experience, the massages are extraordinary and customized exactly as you request. The facial was relaxing and effective for my skin type. The staff are professional, accommodating and so friendly. I couldn’t recommend a better place for spa services.

    Must visit for a massage
    A very clean and neat place right in the centre of Hanoi . Very professional and clean spa .
    Value for money if you want to just relax from a busy day.
    The offerings were very well explained and the therapist was very professional.

    Fantastic experience
    Fantastic experience from initial contact and throughout the entire massage. Li (sorry I hope the correct spelling) was incredible, 75 minute “zen in the heart package” just what I needed. Will be back!

    Hanoi’s number ONE massage Spa🏆
    Hanoi’s TOP MASSAGE SPA!! Absolutely OUTSTANDING service!! The manager is a gem, very kind and helpful, goes above and beyond to work around your schedule and make sure you feel very comfortable at all times! I definitely spoiled myself.. i went three times a week, for the three weeks I was there.. Now, I’ve been gone two weeks and this is hands down one of the top things Im missing the most lol !! Excellent service for ak excellent price!! This spa is a must visit!!!! From my understanding the staff is primarily blind, so this helps their community with employment opportunities.. and I have to say, they give some of the most amazing massages!!! Everyone I met had such a positive, professional and kind energy.. I would definitely recommend them!! I also had a facial done, and as expected, it was excellent as well!!!!
    My first night in Hanoi I went to the spot across from the hotel I was staying in and I was appreciative for the convenience of the location but, let’s just say, I had zero desire to make another apt!! So I was very grateful when I found Madori :)

    Excellent experience!
    Excellent experience! I tried the Vietnamese massage, I always prefer strong treatments and the therapist, Chi, was absolutely perfect for it. Highly recommended.

    Been here second time. Very good services. Beautiful interior design and clean with professional staff. the Himalayan hot stone massage is a must try!

    Great experience
    Did a 1h foot massage but it was more of leg massage with head, neck and shoulders massage. On the pricier side but given the service quality I think it's very worth it.

    Best Spa in the Old Quarter
    One of my friend recommended me this Spa when i've looking for a place for massage. It is the best sapa i ever been in whole my trip in Vietnam. Everything is nice and clean, the staff very professional, will come back again in the future.

    Amazing spa with an amazing price !
    It was fairly painless to book massages via WhatsApp prior to our flight to Hanoi.
    Took advantage of their fall promotion and got a foot scrub and deep tissue massage for $20 yesterday. The place was clean and the massge tables comfortable. They had private rooms for two that had it's own toilet and shower. The facily had at least 5 floors and several rooms.
    Receptionist Thuy was quite helpful explaining the options. My massage therapist was Kim and my husband’s was Hue. Our foot scrub was great and our massages were even better. Both women gave wonderfully firm deep tissue massages that we just had to go back the next day! Though we did not have reservations, they were able to accommodate our family of 4.
    Receptionist Tung was helpful and patient with our questions. He even went above and beyond and found a masseuse from their other branch for us since they didn't have enough people that day.
    To think our first message was amazing, our second was even more so with Duyen and Xuan. This time we got body scrubs and 90min massages. They loosened all the knots in my back and soothed the body aches from that 20+hr flight.
    Getting another one tomorrow! Woohoo!
    Unfortunately, it’s gonna be our last day. We will be back !
    Orient Spa - a wonderful start to our vacation and a definite must for future ones in Hanoi :). ps. we went to their brand new branch at 18 P. Báo Khánh, Hàng Trống, Hoàn Kiếm, Hà Nội 11006, Vietnam

    Great Massage That Does Not Break The Bank
    An incredible massage that does not break the bank. I received a full body massage that was the perfect level of pressure and stretching. The message therapists were friendly and a master of their craft. I left the massage feeling like a whole new person!
