- Margaret D7 contributionsThe tour was fun and well planned. The guides were very friendly and the four locations they took us to were interesting and had good views with unique experiences. They came well prepared with water, snacks, towels, and bug spray, and another amenities that made the day run smoothly for us. They were very accommodating with transport considering my hotel was far from their normal range of pick up locations. - Sheila H1 contributionWe had the most fantastic day on this trip, from the moment we stepped out of our hotel until we returned....our taxi was prompt to pick us up. We were travelling from Khao Lak so took over an hour to get to the Ao Por Pier. Once there we were given refreshments and checked in and assigned to a team. We had Nick aka Morgan Freeman and his team.
We stopped at 3 islands to canoe through the caves including James Bond Island. We each had one of the team to paddle a canoe with instructions to lay back and enjoy the scenery. We also had a stop so we could have a swim or self paddle
Lunch and the Sunset Dinner was delicious and the highlight of the evening for me was the bio luminouAmazing Trips plankton, it was amazing!!
I would recommend this trip to anyone. He really made our trip worthwhile. My only suggestions would be to list on their site to bring a bathing suit and a towel. They don’t mention it and if you want a towel (and he will get wet so I would recommend it) you have to pay 100 bhat ($3 USD) to rent one.
Also, we were supposed to make our own Loy krathong, but he did 99% of it. You get two excellent communal meals, a personal guide and canoeist who is knowledgeable and friendly, and get to see beautiful caves and lagoons. Was very excited about the bat cave, which at night was full of stars from the phosphorescence. Our guides taught us to make garlands to float in the sea. - amit c12 contributionsI went to Pukhet with my family and booked 1 day for James bond Island tour along with elephant safari, The over experience is very good, it was much better than as I was expecting because the Guide 'Zubin' has started to follow up before a day of the trip and he was even supporting on-call during the trip ongoing. They took & drop us from my resort and provided very good support in harsh Manson conditions, the overall experience is excellent. The tour guides were friendly, knowledgeable and I really appreciated the fact that the we had the same guide for the two of us throughout the entire trip. - Deb WSeaford, UK9 contributions4 of us booked the trip to banana beach, from the start everything was organised and took complete pressure away. Alex our guide was perfect and very attentive nothing was too much trouble and it felt like a one to one guide, she was very informative. We went snorkelling in another bay which was good. The food was amazing and tasted so good. The afternoon was spent lazing or kayaking and then back home.
