    Excellent customer service and communication
    Excellent company to deal with, very friendly and we were kept informed every step of the way. Judy in the office was a delight to work with and our drive Mr Korn was attentive and helpful. I highly recommend My Service My Travel.

    A 6+ hour tour of Phuket.
    Our tour director, Kamonthip Saeter, (Thip), was fantastic, she met us on the morning we arrived and confirmed our pick up times for the tours we had booked before arriving, and our airport transfer, as well as arranging 2 other tours, the Private Tour: Phuket Introduction City Sightseeing Tour and Phi Phi Island by speed boat. She was so helpful and accommodating. The Phuket tour included various lookout points and beaches, the Big Buddha, a Buddhist temple, a cashew factory, a pearl factory and a walk through the Chinatown street of old Phuket. Frida our guide for the tour was a lovely lady, full of information, and easy to speak to on any subject.

    Disappointed over cancelled trip
    The tour operator cancelled my trip last minute in the morning. Disappointing. Please ensure that my tour fee is refunded as soon as possible.
