I came across this lovely woman from the good reviews on the site. And I was not wrong. It was an amazing experience. I am inexperienced and she explained everything to me. I experienced exactly what I wanted to experience. She has a lot of patience and knowledge. Very highly recommend

Joe (and Gen) are Lumpini legends. Joe is a reknowned Muay Khao clinch fighter. Super welcoming and attentive sessions.

Went here around 7 years ago (2015). It was an amazing gym, with amazing trainers in a great location. Very affordable.
You were able to stay on site and train both BJJ and Muay Thai and the mall was walking distance. I had a lot of success with this place and made great memories. Its unfortunate that it is no longer around, but a lot of trainers moved to Bear fight club. Too bad they shut down during covid.

I've had the privilege of attending 60 classes with Master Jade, primarily focusing on Kung Fu with a dash of Qigong. Each session has been incredibly rewarding. Thanks to Kung Fu, my reaction times have improved significantly, and I no longer freeze up in challenging situations. It's given me a sense of inner composure and confidence that I deeply appreciate. Additionally, the Qigong practices have helped me regulate myself more effectively, especially during those intense work calls. Ironically, Master Jade taught me more about self-love than my previous therapists.
I'm eagerly looking forward to returning to Chiang Mai to dive back into the practice. Master Jade is not only a skilled teacher but also has a wonderfully funny and cheerful spirit that adds joy to each class. I genuinely appreciate his guidance and highly recommend trying classes with him.

Absolutely great training in Chiang Mai. I arrived for 2 morning sessions on the recommendation of Sylvie von Duuglas-Ittu. Renovations are complete, and the site is really exceptionally well-appointed for its size. Kru Deng is off the charts friendly and helpful, but then so were all the other instructors I met, each of whom immediately grasped my (intermediate, non-professional) level and worked with me where I was while modifying instruction for all the other students, farang and local alike. A respectful environment, but with a true focus on conditioning alongside technique. That said: lots of laughs to be had, too. Don't come looking to be pampered, and you'll get a ton of learning and fun out of the 2+ hour sessions.

If you're looking for a gym to get fit, learn new skills, and grow as a person, this is the place. Sakan, Jamie, and the other coaches focus on how each individual can improve without machismo. The coaches are not only amazing practitioners themselves but also great teachers whose individual teaching styles complement each other. I highly recommend trying a less known martial art like Silat of Kali to supplement boxing or MMA. There's a reason Sakan and Jamie have kept a core community of students for many years.

We went on the Great Escape to Chiang Dao 3 days trekking. It was a wonderful experience being in the jungle and stayed two nights in beautiful small lodges where we got amazing food. Our guide Mit made this a perfect adventure and guided us well through all the challenges.

I trained here for three months while I was visiting SEA and I feel like my jiu jitsu improved big time. Along with that I had some of the best laughs and made some life long friends. This is a great gym for newcomers to the sport due to the friendly and patient atmosphere but also for higher ranked belts looking to refine their game. Bryan the head coach is thoughtful of every aspect concerning all of his students on the mat during training. Just go and you won’t regret it. I can’t wait to return myself. Oss.

Brilliant class where we learnt lots of moves and really got stuck in. Also a brilliant work out which is great to overcome the travelling diet!! Instructor was amazing and well talented, clear teaching and didn't make you feel silly if you did anything wrong, adjusted well to our needs/skills. Highly recommend and can't wait to take it up when we're back home. Thank you! Sarah & Beth

Simply excellent. Lovely upscale dining room, peaceful and serene. Food was extremely good and the menu with lots of choice. We had gyoza dumplings, spicy noodle salad, "vegan chicken" with som tam and sticky rice, green curry. The unconvinced vegan in the family enjoyed spring rolls and french fries. All in lovely presentations, drinks decorated with flowers. Slightly more expensive than other vegan places in Chiang Mai but so worth it.

My 15 year old son and I have been training here for a month. I'm 56. We both represent different needs in terms of skill development and in consideration of our ages being at the opposite ends of the spectrum.
Firstly we have had an awesome time. This gym supports a great atmosphere and in no time at all - we have felt like part of the family.
The training has been great. There are always plenty of trainers available on the floor for every class. Sparring is suitable for any skill level and I never felt once like my safety was compromised. This is especially important while training in a foreign country.
The head trainer has a high level of skill and does an awesome job of keeping things flowing, being the boss, being friendly and also pays attention to detail.

We are pretty close to finished our training for this trip. When we are back I know where we will be going.

Thanks Mike, Tong , Don, Faa and Dedo. We had a great time.
