We had a great tour last Monday with Moui. It were just my husband and myself, so we had all the opportunity to ask Moui what we wanted about food, the people, the country. She was very attentive, open and interested.
She has an excellent knowledge of the history of Thailand and especially Chiang Mai, how the traditonal dishes are being prepared and the seperate ingredients. That was a huge difference from other food tours we did in the past. You can tell that she knows her way in the kitchen.
We learnt so much about Thai food and culture.
Moui's English is also very good, so we talked for almost 4 hours.
She let us taste everything, but was very respectful when we occasionally tasted food that was not exactly within our liking. She also gave us enough time for ourselves to enjoy the food and talk to each other about it.
Moui is absolutely a great tour guide, chef, host and an ambassador for Thailand!
