It was an amazing experience, Permpoon was knowledgable, friendly and a great host. After selecting our menu, he talked us through the market and was full of fun facts. We then went to his school where he showed us his amazing collection of ingredients grown at home. We picked mushrooms, herbs and beans ready to be used in our cooking. There was tea, coffee and water available. We made soups, pad Thai, curry paste, curry, sides and mango sticky rice. It blew away our expectations, the setting was amazing, Permpoon was helpful, guiding us through each step and teaching us handy tricks. We would strongly recommend to anyone staying in Chiang Mai! Our favourite experience in Thailand so far!
