Bring your camera --- there is plenty to see and snap here. And try to enter with a guide --- there's plenty to learn here as well.

This is the most beautiful temple by the Chao Phrah river in Bangkok. The sculpted towers with images are amazing. Regretfully, the transportation guards do not let you board the public ferry (not the tourist ones, but the orange flag one where you pay 16 Bahts), not even to cross to the other side, unless you pay the tourist ferries fee pf 30 Bahts.

Fine...better than most temple visits but mainly because the crowds are WAY down since the 🇨🇳 China lockdown. Not great for Thai merchants but v.good for the rest of us tourists. That's so wherever you travel vs. pre-pandemic throngs.

You can climb all the way up and see all city view from the top of the temple. I like the pilgrimage spiraling up to the golden stupa. Love this temple.

One of the most popular temple in Bangkok. It’s a beautiful buddhist temple with the buddha statue made of 5.5 tone gold. Excellent!

Tourists are beginning to return in numbers post Covid, and this bustling river with its small hotel ferry boats, huge river dinner cruisers and struggling tug boats towing heavy barges up river to Ayutthaya, all go to make up an incredible scene day and night. The dinner cruises are all spectacularly lit up. As this was the finale to the APEC Summit being hosted in Bangkok, a fireworks display was added to the evening, with thousands of spectators lining the banks and eating from nearby restaurants.

Visit after 5pm, the ground is still open to public except the hall

Tremendous amount of money spent to construct this temple and it shows the opulence. Few tourists ventured to this part of Bangkok unless couple with Parutsakawan Palace and Wat Samananam Borihan (Wat Yuan Saphan Khao) or walking along the Krung Phadung Kasem or Luk Luang Road

The Khlong Phadung Kasem Electric Boat ferry is all wrapped up. The service had been suspended till further notice

Awesome view on 314 m. The glass where you can take the pictures are unforgettable. It can be scary first. Reccommend to sit on the side ,or even close your eyes first. It will help you to get over the fears 🤗 Better to buy your ticket online to avoid crowd.

An amazing experience, the buffet selection waa great, although the steak waa way overcooked and that was what I wanted the most. Great staff and hospitality. The views are mind blowing, im gutted there wasn’t a sunset because of clouds but i still managed to get some great shots. I would definitely recommend to go.

We go here for romantic times to lay out on the grass under a tree. They have lovely peace and quiet among lovely trees and birds. It is a very pretty and well look after park.

Lovely park , I particularly like the wild areas away from the main lake . Like anything in Thailand in the hot humid climate infrastructure often deteriorates quickly .
A few of the raised walkways are closed already and concrete cracking and what happened to the plans for the museum etc . It looked a bot derelict and Police were keeping you away ! The raised walkway to Lumphini ? On the map but couldn't find it .
Depite these faults it is the areas devolted to mangrave , swamp and forest that impressed me . Teaming with wildlife - glorious

This is one of the landmark building in Silom area and I have seen this beautiful 64 floors skyscraper many times while roaming around in Silom area. I was staying at Novotel Bangkok Silom Road hotel and this giant building was visible from the window of my hotel room. Lebua is a reputed hotel located in this building and also there is the Sky bar located on the top floor where popular Hollywood movie Hangover 2 was shot.
