To visiting the associated 2nd WW sites ( Bridge over the River Kwai) and listening to the information from the guide. - tracy hmarbella76 contributionsA fantastic way to see the real Thailand away from the hustle and bustle of the city. We went on the weekend so also got to enjoy the local market. Food was excellent and our guide added lots of extras to eat so we got to sample a lot of the local foods. Bikes are good quality. The only challenges are the narrow paths that run through the area as there is often no railing and the drop off is about a metre down.
Excellent guide, Tom made this experience even better. Our guide, Surina was very knowledgeable and made sure we were prepared for each stop. She was also happy to take pictures for us and they came out really well! Our driver “Mr. Beer” was a very safe driver and made sure we always had water (either cold or room temperature, he had was well prepared!). Lunch was also really good. Our guide, Alec, was exceptional. His enthusiasm, knowledge, and attention to detail made the tour not just informative but also incredibly fun. The time management was spot on, allowing us to explore the beauty of each destination without feeling rushed.

- SallyPortsmouth, UK1 contributionHad a brilliant day. The Jeath museum, although simple, captured the mood of what prisoners went through while forced to work in captivity. The boat trip was fast and exhilarating, and it was exciting to see the Bridge over the River Kwai as it first came into view. We were lucky that a train passed over as we were on the bridge which added to the sense of history.
The waterfalls were beautiful. I only walked to just beyond Tier 5 as I was finding it very HOT, but the views were very lovely and each waterfall looked very inviting.
So lots to see and do but really the day was made by the excellent guide, Koi, and driver, Nu. I was the only person on the trip and it still went ahead. Koi was interesting, well informed, funny, caring and just the sweetest person. I loved the biscuits she gave me. Nu, who didn't speak English, was always helpful and friendly. He supplied me with lots of iced water and wipes to cool back down.

Before being switched to another and just texted in the phone like the other reviews said. Someone in the group got bit by a monkey and wanted to go to the hospital and they pretty much ignored her the whole time. I didn’t like how they handled that. I would book with a different company this one is sloppy and unorganized. But the places themselves are beautiful and rich. Also please be careful of monkeys, don’t bring food. We truly felt cared for with water, delicious food, charging my phone, and even toilet paper! He spoke great English, was very polite, and taught us about Thai culture, history, and more about Buddhism. I should also mention he’s a great photographer! Overall, we were so happy we started our trip this way. The World Heritage site was amazing and the river cruise a highlight.
