The website was reasonably easy to navigate so finding a film playing with English subtitles (or an undubbed English language film) was fairly straightforward. The staff were helpful when I purchased a ticket. I wanted to pay cash so I needed them to use their cards to access the automatic ticket machines. The cinema itself was spectacular. It had all the up to date conveniences while the decor was also reminiscent of the Art Deco picture palaces of the golden age of European cinemas but with a modern twist. Extremely comfortable seat, even in the cheapest section. For a cinefile the experience of seeing a film in Bangkok was a treat in itself and also a welcome break from the hot, dusty streets. The reviews that say that as you are walking through the shopping mall you when you are near the cinema because you can smell the popcorn are absolutely true!

We liked this cinema as it provided high quality of service. If you bought a special ticket, you can visit the lounge which offer a buffet style snacks and beverage before the showtime.

This multiplex cinema is situated within a wonderful mix of shops, supermarkets and a vast array of food outlets. I was impressed with the sound and picture quality and the seats were extremely comfortable. The interior decor resembles those English Theatres of the 60s. Well worth a visit combining with shopping and eating.

Nice building, decor, ambience and relaxing music. Very good is you are given a form before your massage indicating the strength required and any areas to focus on or avoid (aromatherapy), haven't seen this before. Having picked hard, the massage was indeed strong and no need to ask masseuse for more power. Foot massage seats are electric and v comfortable, if you are watching a film its a good quality screen and audio, only issue is 60 mins is not long enough to watch a full film so if you want to watch a full film pick 90-120 mins. You get a feedback form at the end with tea/water/brownie snacks, no pressure to tip although we always do. Very professional. It's slightly out of the way if you are walking so would probably recommend a grab taxi to get there, the road leading up to the location doesn't have a pavement.

A nice experience to visit this cinema in Bangkok and I would go again. I found that the website was not quite as user friendly as the one for the Paragon Cineplex but it was not too difficult to find films suitable for an English language speaker. I also found the decor a bit less attractive but that is personal taste. It was generally a very enjoyable place to visit but I recommend taking a jacket and maybe something to cover your feet with if you aren’t wearing socks. I saw a two and a half hour film and although I took a cardigan with me after an hour my feet were getting quite cold and by the end I was glad to get out of the air conditioning, not something I ever thought I would say in Bangkok. Otherwise it was very comfortable and the quality of the film presentation was excellent.

The seats were very comfortable and the movie amusing. We saw "Jumanji: Welcome to the Jungle", with Dwayne Johnson, Karen Gillian, Kevin Hart and Jack Black.

I have been there several times. My last visit was in June this year. Food shops outside changed a lot. I used to grab some foods I liked outside and combined with foods at the food court to kill time.

Great way to beat the afternoon heat and a welcome break from the wats! Small theater that is very well air-conditioned (so much so you might want to borrow one of their blankets), comfortable seats, great snack bar (craft beers! Yom tum popcorn!), interesting selection of Thai and other lesser known/art films (English subtitles), 3-4 individual screenings daily. Short walking distance from Lumpini Metro stop. Our 4 tix cost $US 12, which we purchased in advance on PayPal. Clean bathroom. Be sure to check out the art gallery next door and the UNICEF mural on social bullying just outside the entrance (theater is on 2nd floor, enter via alley).

I booked the VIP theater to watch Oppenheimer. I was greeted warmly by staff and escorted to the vip lounge where I was served a complimentary meal of baked spinach with cheese, an assortment of dried fruits and nuts, 2 small slices of chocolate mouse cake and a small cupcake with a pot of earl Grey tea and a fruity drink that was delicious. The viewing was excellent with a very spacious theater with just 1 other couple in the theater. The seats were comfortable and was provided with a soft silky blanket and pillow.

Went to watch Angel Has Fallen which was advertised as playing on ScreenX. However, the entire movie ran only on the front screen. Waste of money paying extra for the ScreenX cinema.

The cinema itself is very clean, cool aircon, and the seating is definitely comfortable. Good for movie watching if attending the regular or IMAX screens.

Neat place, plenty of areas to wait for the movie to start, they have movies in english and dubbed or subtitled in local language, vice versa.. its properly labeled so you wont have any trouble with the movies, although most staff dont speak english they do try to assist you..

The multiplex is located on the top floor of the Central Festival shopping mall and offers a wide selection of local and western movies. The cinema is air-conditioned and has a snack counter. It is an ideal activity for those summer afternoons when it is too hot to go out.
