They showed us how to properly shop in the local market and then took us somewhere to use the ingredients we bought to make something called papaya salad. It was spicy but flavorful. - tanini2812 contributionsBooked a private transfer with them from my Bangkok hotel to BKK Airport via Viator. Don't ever do that! It's a scam!
I texted them to ensure the time of pick up. They never answered. I sent them two other message times... Still no answer. Well you can imagine, it was no surprise that no driver came to pick me up and that I had to take a cab instead! And there is now way to report this to Viator directly.
This is so unacceptable and unprofessional!
