Trust me on this... we cruised VERY COMFORTABLY on our small boat and enjoyed a fabulous meal, all the while laughing at the larger buffet boats that were also on the river. - Bklyn_family_funBklyn, NY20 contributionsAugust is extremely hot. Now that that's out of the way. This was a great tour except I would have liked to stay at the beach longer. The Sanctuary of Truth was pretty cool, but I wish we spent 30-45mins less here to enjoy the beach longer. If you don't have the appropriate clothing, you can leave a deposit which you get back after you return the items. We then headed to the speed boat which took 20 mins to Koh Larn. Once we got to the beach, we were hungry and had to venture to find food. (which took away from our beach time), but food was delicious and you get to use the bathrooms without a fee. The beach is beautiful, but be aware you're swimming with all the engine fumes from speed boats and jet skis. If we had an additional 30-60 mins, that would have been great for us. we had 9 in our small group. Three of them were happy with the amount of time on the beach, while the rest of us could have stayed just a bit longer. If you set your expectations, then you'll be fine.
