A must see in Bangkok . Not too far away from city . Its about 30mins drive. Avoid visiting during noon the heat is unbearable. They have phototaking service which I don’t quite like it because the photos was not fantastic. The ones I took using my iPhone was much better. Be prepared to climb steep steps and go to the top for better view .

Great to participate the Mass on Saturday evening! My wife and I liked the church and the Mass celebrated there.

The Romanesque architecture of the cathedral is so breathtaking! We spent as much time attending the Mass as we did taking photos.

To top it all, the priest was very friendly and welcoming and he made time to meet and greet as many people as possible, talking to them and blessing them. We were also fortunate to be blessed by the priest.

Book Pindertour FIRST thing when you arrive in Bangkok! We only got lucky because another client cancelled. My family and I had the best time dressing up and exploring the wonderful places in Bangkok that the Pindertour shared with us. Working with the team was very open and clear in communication. The pricing is worth it! The normal package includes a photographer, but since I'm a professional photographer I asked if we could do the tour without the photographer included in the price. Pin was willing to accommodate my request. Not only do they include everything for you but they also pick you up and drop you off at your hotel. Pin herself is is extremely friendly and kind! The photo tour is great for couples who want to do some cute photos together in scenic places but also for bloggers & influencers looking to boost their travel posts. The photos provided were shot by me. It was a really nice treat for us because we did the tour on the last day. It was nice to change and feel like royalty wearing traditional clothing standing with beautiful Thai architecture. Have fun and take lots of photos!

We enjoyed the worship service and of course enjoyed the artistic beauty. People were very friendly and reached out to us and made us feel welcome.

We never knew how much Portuguese influenced in the Thailand history until we visited Kudi Chin area. Walk around the neighborhood was peaceful and felt like time was frozen here.

This church was 1 of the many historical places in Kudi Chin. Highly recommended to have at least half a day to go around this area.

I wouldn’t go out of my way to visit, but if you’re walking along Sathon Rd. like I recently was, then certainly take a few minutes to peek inside and see a quite lovely church.

The Portuguese were the first nation to establish diplomatic ties with the Thai. When the Church of Santa Cruz was taken over by the French clergy the Portuguese asked the king to allocate them land on the opposite bank of the river to build their own church 1787. They built this church in Gothic style and named it Kalawar. Kalawar means cavalry in Portuguese language. It was the location where Jesus Christ was mounted onto the cross. The other name of this church is Holy Rosary Church. It is a very European Church.

We went to Way Sri Iam for the funeral of a relative on January 1st. The temple is peaceful and clean. We have been to the temple for funerals many times. The main hall is nice but small.

English mass at 11 am. Phahon Yothin MRT station on blue line. Take exit 2 from station and you will see cross/tower from church when you exit station. You just walk around corner and you are there. Priest was outside at 10:40 greeting people. Choir was wonderful. They give you readings in English to follow along. What a great experience.

This church is located in a small lane opposite to the Bangkok Christian College. The best way to reach here is to take a BTS to Surasak station and walk [10 minutes] here. I visited it along with a friend in the Afternoon and the church was closed but the caretaker saw us and took us inside from the back gate. The Church was small but beautiful and we sat there for a while praying. It was very peaceful inside.
