Definitely worth a visit. We went on a full day tour of Bangkok temples during weekday. Was crowded.

Definitely worth a visit. Amazing structure. Have to cross phraya river to enter temple. Even though we went on weekday it was very crowded.
Can rent traditional thai clothes and take pictures.

Had a 10-hour stopover at Bangkok Airport so organised for Asha to guide us around the Phra Borom Macharátchawąng complex. This is an official ceremonial palace, doubles as a pilgrimage destination for devout Buddhists and a Thai showcase for tourists, while the Royal family actually reside elsewhere at the doubtlessly equally dazzling Dusit Palace. Enjoyed the architecture of the lushly ornate and gilded temples and especially the little sculptural figures of the blue and gold Chedi Demons protecting the golden shrine.

What a sight. Glistening in the sun with milllions of tiny pieces of tile and glass mosaic. Well worth the visit to see the outside … but the inside is just as impressive with the Emerald Buddha in the center of the room. This is a working/real temple. Be respectful of those praying and no photos. Read the signs before going in (example: sit like a mermaid and don’t point feet at the Buddha, etc). We love these cultural gems from around the world. Thank you for sharing with those of us from other cultures and countries 😉

There's a lot of delicious food here. And there are a lot of tourists as well. Because it's famous for its delicious food. Both savory and dessert

Kaosan road is a must visit in Bangkok, the whole road closes down and everyone parties in the street all night long, so many small alleys wind off into the dark.

Monthly visit. Had an amazing time as always. Press box seating is the very best. Dress lightly as it gets warm in there

Positioned at the corner of a major intersection with foreigners and locals passing each day. Just a stone throw away from Grand Hyatt Erawan and Central World. The shrine is lit most days and it’s customary to see golden elephants, orange flower arrangements, praying and dancing. I believe they sell birds as well. Absolutely gorgeous!

Not so crowded when I visited the temple which was good :) The mural painting inside the main building is displaying the important Buddhist sites around Thailand. The marble used for the construction were from Italy. I also walked around the temple ground and found many things that are interesting to view. Like it

There is a tall and very beautiful pagoda. There is also a very large Buddha image. On the ground floor there are displays of ancient objects that are hard to find. It is a very magnificent temple. I was not disappointed at all when I came here. The atmosphere was very good. Traveling is convenient.
