- Caroline T10 contributionsGreat experience. We were only in Bangkok for 1 night. This was a great way to get a Thai taster. Our guide P was friendly and knowledgeable. We were a party of 6 and were driven round on 3 Tuk Tuks, the drivers were experienced and safe. Ours was Mr Somphong and he looked after us, giving us water and wet towel. We all really enjoyed our night whizzing round Bangkok, visiting the night food Market, the flower market, Temple and dinner at the Navy Club, food was delicious, the flowers were gorgeous, with amazing variety and colour.

My husband and I did this on our first night and it really gave us an overview of where to go on the following day, where things were in relation to other things. We sampled food we wouldn’t have tried and gave us the confidence to ride on a Tuk tuk and hop on and off boats. Our guide, Tak, was adorable. So patient and informative and he really looked after us. Also, there are huge queues to board the vessel. Make sure you find the correct queue. Once on the ship, everything went smoothly with designated seating and good service. I took the cruise on new year eve and it was a wonderful way to celebrate the last day of the year. Also the two singers on the boat were amazing. However, the food on this cruise was mediocre, the ticketing and waiting process prior to boarding the boat is not well organized and was frustrating. - Glen JMarkham, Canada10 contributionsMy wife and I had the best time with Jongkie. I originally did this tour in 2015 and had such a great time I wanted to take my wife 10 years later. The second time was even better than the first.
Jongkie shared a lot of information on the history and day to day life of locals which was great to learn in between the delicious bites. Jongkie made sure that we did not leave hungry and even helped us find some delicious durian to end our meal.
