Absolutely the best spa experience we have ever had! Reason enough to come to Bangkok in and of itself. Great massage and very cool spa facility.

The atmosphere is good, better than pictures. Warm welcome from owner and staff. Massage package is valuable and therapists are humble and professional at massage.
I do have a few comments.
    1. Staff should turn on air-con before guest enter the room. Our room quite hot at first enter.
    2. My package inclusive with jacuzzi so at the first 30 mins for body scrub, one of therapist always concentrated with jacuzzi preparation. My body scrub period did not run smooth as it should be. I do understand her but I think it can be done by another staff or finding another way due to priority.
    3. Staff should knock the door every time they return to the room as per privacy require.
    4. The therapist should ask guest about the water temperature of in jacuzzi (the process should be scrub and wash body before jacuzzi bath. So staff will have a few minutes to change bedshee and guest can washing because we couldn’t get to bathtub while staff also in room.) during jacuzzi bathing staff should not enter if guest did not call.
There are my suggestions not complain.
However overall is so good. I feel relax after that. Me and my bf will come back again for sure. We would love to suggest this place to our friends as well. Thank you.

The Janus Spa was directly across the street from our hotel (the Doubletree) and came highly recommended by friends. My wife and daughter ventured over to the spa our first evening in Bangkok and came back very relaxed. So much so that two days later they went back, this time for a two hours scrub and massage. We are now on Phi Phi Island (our last stop in Thailand) and the are still relaxed and smiling.

I thought this was a decent reflexology session. The masseuse put in effort so I was quite pleased. The place looks clean and 300B for an hour reflexology is very cheap.

Last week we had a good Thai massage and returned this week for an oil massage. Oil massage was ok for me but not of the quality expected and my husband asked for deep pressure and asked twice during massage for more pressure but was not done. He was very disappointed. Seems to be a hit on miss depending on who you get.

I would like to specially compliment Ms Ya Ya (Spa Therapist) for her excellent customer service attitude. Ya Ya knows that we are unable to speak Thai and she is not very good with English. She tries her best to understand what we would like to know by digging through different brouchers. In addition, she also gave us a site tour to have a glimpse of the Sand Bath tub and feel it. All these was done when the Spa was about to close on Friday night. I'm very impressed with her service and booked for a Sand Bath Package for 2 paxs on Sat night. We experienced her gentleness and attentive service during the Sand Bath. I must say it was an awesome experience. Thank you Ya Ya. 👍😀

Heading into the building that the spa is located in, looks modern and clean but not a place u expect to find a spa and onsen place. Stepping into Yumoto, it immediately transported me to Japan.

The staff was so helpful in helping me book the packages for my friends when the website was down.

The onsen are all in private rooms so there is no need to worry about seeing strangers naked there.

Aromatherapy and Thai massage was so good that we were all so refreshed after our early flight to Bangkok!

Highly recommend for couples and friends who wants some privacy and gold massage.
