Highly recommend City Motorbike for an exceptional trip. We hired three Royal Enfield Himalayans and a guide for an 11 Day itinerary to the Upper Mustang. Sujan at City Motorbike was super helpful before the trip. He recommended a great hotel in Kathmandu, answered questions before the trip to help us prepare, and arranged our permits for Mustang.
The bikes were well maintained, but a little beat up as you’d expect for hire bikes.
Our guide was fantastic. He found excellent accommodation along the way and really cared about our experience.
The Mustang Valley was incredible. Go soon as it will all be paved soon!

Deepak's deep knowledge of the city's culinary scene and his passion for food made the tour truly exceptional. From the moment we started, Deepak's warm and friendly demeanor put me at ease. He took me to hidden gems and local favorites that i never would have discovered on myown. His storytelling added so much depth . His enthusiasm was contagious, and his knowledge was impressive. It's a must-do for food lovers and anyone wanting to explore the city's culinary treasures.

I went for this trek with Classic Vacation Nepal in May 2024. The MD of Classic Vacation Nepal, Chet, was someone I know for over ten years and has been tailoring my hikes in Nepal all this while. As before, he was able to plan this trip well, recommending an immemorable experience of including Tilicho Lake when this was not on my mind when I was planning this trip with a mind to just doing Annapurna Circuit.

Chet also arranged for my usual guide, Deepak, to undertake the trek with me this time around. Deepak is always a helpful and caring guide, and this trek was certainly a good one with him being the guide. As usual, Deepak was the source of information throughout the trek, allowing me to orientate myself to the surrounding mountain peaks. Since he was my guide for so many trips, he had already understood my habits and preferences when it came to meals, tea breaks, etc. I was particularly glad that Deepak arranged for my down jacket to be retrieved from Thorong Pedi low camp after we arrived at the high camp to find out that I had left this jacket behind at our last stop. If this had not been arranged, I would either have to endure the cold condition when going through Thorong La pass or I have to get back to low camp to retrieve it myself.

Hence I recommend Classic Vacation Nepal and their team for any trekking trip in Nepal.

I highly recommend Dream Himalaya. They have a first-rate operation with personal attention to trek planning, good communication before and during the trek, and excellent trek organization. In spring 2024 I contacted Dream Himalaya to arrange a custom solo private trek. Dream Himalaya came recommended by a Sherpa friend who has used their services a lot. Dream Himalaya’s manager, Dawa Sherpa (Lama), corresponded with me via email to plan the trek and made all arrangements. Dawa Sherpa fine-tuned the trip arrangements exactly as I wished and came through on every detail, including arranging a private jeep to and from trailheads, telephoning lodges to reserve rooms (this is important during busy times of the year on popular routes), and providing an excellent guide and reliable porter. On this trip my guide was Pasang Kalden Sherpa from Lukla in the Mt. Everest region. He has climbed Mt. Everest multiple times, is reliable and a good companion on the trail. I will be happy to trek with Dream Himalaya again and I will recommend them to family and friends.

Had an amazing experience trekking to Base Camp. The service provided by Alpha Adventures from booking to close out was excellent. My guide, Suman, was exceptional and was a great companion and leader over the 12 days.

We have had the most incredible experience during our stay in Nepal. We were due to walk the Poon Hill trek but had to change our plans at the last minute due to injury .

Our trek guide Kancha is very experienced and ensured we took our trek slowly, helping every step of the way. Our porter, Tendi was brilliant, he ended up carrying more of our gear to make it easier for us.

The trek was beautiful, we started at Kande and trekked to Australia camp. We had a fabulous afternoon teaching Kancha and Tendi how to play dominoes; they in turn taught us to count to six in Nepali.

From Australia camp we trekked through Pothana and onwards to Tolka where we spent the night.

The following day was a full day trek through Landruk and stopping for lunch at New Bridge, wonderful place and the food and views are incredible, well worth a stop by all trekkers on their way to Jhinu.

We arrived at Jhinu and had a fabulous afternoon enjoying the hot springs.

Our final full day, we started our descent, back through New Bridge and on to Kyumi stopping for another fab lunch; the food, people and guest houses are simply incredible.

Our final evening was spent at Syauli Bazar. Here we treated our tired muscles to an amazing cold water dip in the river Modi. It was so good, we got up early the following morning and had another ice cold dip. We recommend the wonders of cold water therapy to all, especially trekkers!

Our trek ended back at our hotel in Pokhara where we said a sad farewell to Kancha and Tendi. We gave our set of dominoes to them as a gift and hope that they, and the dominoes, enjoy many more wonderful treks in the future.

We were supposed to spend 6 days with Neem Trekking, for a first trek and a short stay in the rural area of Chapakot.

Finally, we extended to more than 20 days, to enjoy many activities with local people (women cooperative , schools, ...) in Chapakot and then go ahead with their incredible lower Mustang trek.

We built a strong relationship with Sangam, our guide during these days, really kind, careful, knowledgeable and flexible.

The preparation of our 1st experience in Nepal has been prepared easily with Shanker. Just few WhatsApp messages with a immediate understanding of our wishes (this was really not the case with most of the guides fetching business through social networks). Shanker is also fluent in french.

Beyond trekking, Neem Trekking is closely linked to the NGO Neem, offering us a deep dive in the local life of remote areas at Chapakot. Thanks to them, we managed a couple of unforgettable activities, while staying in a charming family.

Wow, what a wonderful trip! We visited Nepal for the first time and decided to hike Langtang valley. We were short of time, so it was important to have an experienced and knowledgeable guide - and Narayan was exactly it!! I honestly don't think we could have completed this trek without his help. I plan to return to Nepal for another hike, and will be calling no other than Narayan to accompany us!
We had a trip worth a memory for a lifetime. Thank you!

We absolutely loved our private 3 day trek with Phul, our expert guide, who accompanied us and cheered us on as we trekked through Shivapuri National Park, into Chisopani and finally Nargarkot. It was stunning, the views of the Himalayas are breathtaking and the villages we passed were fascinating with local children returning from school, families cooking and goats hanging out :)
Namaste, Phul, thank you for being such great company and for guiding us so well. We miss Nepal and the people.

My dream of visiting and reaching Everest Base Camp became a reality because of Everest Destiny Treks. The company was highly recommended by a friend and I am glad I made the right decision of choosing them. Everest Destiny Treks’ main goal for their client is to reach EBC with high regards to our safety.

Much appreciated Ram’s (Nepalese guide) expertise, knowledge and skills into making our journey to EBC fulfilling and meaningful. There are days when I felt unwell but Ram suggested I should take enough rest so I could recover well. Eventually, I felt better and I have managed to reach EBC safely, with good strength and energy. Thus, I enjoyed admiring EBC and savouring its surrounding beauty including the Khumbu Glacier. We had the Everest Base Camp to ourselves for good two hours, therefore it made the experience more rewarding and memorable. Dhanyabād x 10, Ram. 👍🏼

To our strong and amazing porter Mr. Tenjing Sherpa, I have so much respect and gratitude to what he does. Thank you for carrying our everyday essentials and for making sure we are fed well, 🥹. Despite the heavy load he needed to carry, he’s still the fastest amongst us. He’s always ready and willing to help. Dhanyabād x 10, Mr. Tenjing! 🫰

As the only woman in the group I felt safe and secured.

Overall, Everest Destiny Treks has exceeded my expectations. Forever grateful to this unforgettable experience made possible by the hardwork and dedication of Everest Destiny Trek!

    Dhanyabād 🇳🇵!

After my 1st trip with Bikemandu (Nov. 2023 to Upper Mustang) I took my 2nd trip with Bikemandu in April 2024. This time with my wife as pillion rider.

The fantastic 10-day trip took us through the breathtaking landscape of northeast Nepal and to the border with Tibet / China.

What made this trip special was the tailor-made arrangement by Amar. From the routes to the accommodation, everything was perfectly tailored to our needs and abilities. We felt well looked after and still had the freedom to plan the trip at our own pace. thanks for that. Our special thanks goes also to our Guide Uttam. His knowledge of the country and its people and his helpfulness made this trip something very special.

The Honda CRF was super reliable and perfectly maintained, which gave us a good feeling of security on the sometimes challenging roads.

Overall, we can fully recommend Bikemandu. We will come again !!!
