    Najlae is one of the most genuine people you will find in Marrakech! She will teach you stuff about Moroccan cuisine and also is more than happy to tell you tips and other ways to experience Marrakech to make it worth your while!

    Review of: Cooking Classes Farm to Table Marrakech
    Superb cooking experience, not one to miss!
    Zachariah was absolutely fantastic. We were picked up not far from our Riad. Due to the season it ended up just being my partner and I. We visited a local fresh produce market to pick the ingredients for the dishes we had discussed to make, which consisted of a chicken pastilla, chicken tagine, lamb tagine with couscous accompanied with salads.

    It ended up being the best meal we had all holiday, and we visited some beautiful restaurants in Marrakesh, so that speaks volumes.

    The cooking experience was superb. It was made to be fun, educational and authentic. Picking herbs and vegetables from the farm garden to then cooking in a beautifully set outside kitchen, it couldn't have been any better.

    Huge thank you to Zachariah & company for the experience. Can't wait to receive the recipe 😉

    Review of: Marrakech Agafay Desert Dinner With Camel Ride
    Lovely experience
    This was a lovely experience in the evening. We were taken care of by our driver Adeel very well and he kept asking if we needed anything. The camel ride was an awesome experience. The only thing that let us down was the food that was very bland compared to all places we've eaten at in Morocco. Other than that we had a fantastic time.

    Amazing Cooking Experience
    Best cooking class in marrakech. Chef Laila was very hospitable and taught me so much. Her cooking is the best food I have tasted.I went with my children and they thoroughly enjoyed it. I highly recommend this to anyone who wants to learn how to cook Moroccan food.

    An amazing cooking claddy
    My daughter and I had the most amazing morning with our wonderful guide/cooking teacher, Karima. We shopped for our produce in the souk, then took it back to the Riad where she taught us how to make a Morrocan salad, chicken tagine and orange dessert. She even helped us buy a pottery tagine at the market. A morning my daughter and I will never forget. Thank you Karima!

    Review of: Vegetarian and vegan cooking class
    Fun authentic cooking experience
    A great experience with Kawtar and her aunt learning to cook a variety of different Moroccan dishes in a traditional Moroccan home. The trip to the market was nice but the highlight was preparing the food in the group and the lunch was really delicious! I would definitely recommend it to all ages from teens and above.

    Review of: Cooking Class with Chef Yassine and Mommy
    Very authentic experience
    100% recommended to anyone! You can feel the true Moroccan hospitality through this experience. Yassine and Laila’s family were very welcoming, and it just made me feel like home. Furthermore, the Moroccan dishes we made tasted divine. I could learn about measuring produce quality, Moroccan spices, and table manners. I also want to give Yassine credit for oiling the wheels through out the whole time. He shared his culinary knowledge and helped us understand the whole process by explaining in English. He’s an amazing photographer as well:) So thank you for going out of your way to get some good quality of saffron.

    Delicious
    Great to be in a Moroccan home and welcomed by auntie and sister too. Class was fun, relaxing (yes being creative) and easy to follow. It was great to hear stories and traditions. I made two types of biscuits 🍪 using coconut and orange and the fennel and aniseed. Both were absolutely delicious. My fellow riad travellers enjoy them too. Great teacher. Many thanks.

    Atlas cooking class, mountain walk and camel ride
    Had an excellent day visiting various Berber villages in the Atlas Mountains, I got to spend time in his family’s home and prepare food with a traditional Berber family. Our guide Mustapha was really nice and knowledgeable about Berber traditions. We stopped off in so many beautiful photo spots and took a camel ride also. Amazing

    Review of: Discovery of Moroccan Culinary Heritage, History and Secrets
    Morocco Culinary Arts Museum in Marrakech
    I had the most satisfying and enjoyable experience of my days in Marrakech at the Culinary Arts Museum.
    Everything was perfect, it’s a beautiful house, much like anything in the Bahia Palace, if not more, and everything is very well documented, with a great atmosphere and the kind of infra structure you won’t find in many places in Marrakech. Besides that, all the staff is very kind and go out of their way to accommodate you.
    If that was not enough, I highly recommend the Cooking class! If you like to cook, or if you enjoy food, it’s an opportunity you can’t miss! The chef is great, a great teacher and great cook, and their kitchen is on pair, if not better, than any premier cooking school you’ll find anywhere else. It was an amazing opportunity for me to understand more about their cooking culture and have a lot of fun, not to mention to eat very well too! : )
    If I’m ever back in Marrakech, I’ll be back there for sure, it’s a “can’t miss” for food lovers.

    Review of: Cooking class with Chef Fatima
    Some of the best food we ate on our trip
    Wonderful experience - we made a three course vegetarian meal! We met at the market where we hand selected selected our ingredients, and also learned about spices and harissa paste. We then went into the chef’s home for tea in the garden and preparing and seasoning the veggies. We learned about Moroccan cooking techniques and tools (including how to find the best tangines in the souks!). The whole day felt like an afternoon cooking with your family members, I felt so welcome in the chef’s beautiful garden home. The dishes we made were some of the best we had on our trip, and we had not tried most of them anywhere else. So glad we booked this experience! Now we have some recipes to take home and wonderful memories with our chef.
