These gardens are breathtaking. There is something to see around every corner. The vibrant colours and tranquility are lovely.

The roof top restaurant isn't as cheap as other places in the centre of Marrakech, but it is worth visiting for a drink or bite to eat, admiring the beautiful view.

The garden is a fair way out of Marrakech, about a 40 minute drive. My top tip is to get the free shuttle bus. It runs on Thursday, Friday, Saturday, Sunday. You will need to book the shuttle bus on their website and there are only 8 places (so don't just turf up). The bus leaves at 09:30 from the "Parking and Lavarge" sign on the road behind the Katouba mosque. And Anima contact you a few days before you depart to confirm you have a place. You'll get approximately 2.5 hours before the return back to Marrakech at 12:30 and that is sufficient time to wander and enjoy the place.

Le Jardin Secret was a lovely little gem in the heart of Marrakech old town. The history of the gardens and the restoration project is one they should be proud of.

Loved it. Well-tended, we’ll-curated. An oasis of calm in a crazy city. Spend time in the auditorium - the videos are alive. Next to the wonderful Jardins Majorelle and you can get a combo ticket.

This was a good spot to stop by. This was overwelming to see. All the dancers, snakes, monkeys, tatoo makers made it special. I would advise to go by the end of the day

This is a lovely little place to visit, set over several floors, around a central courtyard, and with a rooftop terrace cafe. We visited mid afternoon, and appreciated the cool interiors and beautiful photographs on display. There weren't many people around so it was peaceful and easy to take your time with each exhibit. Thoroughly enjoyed this place.

Nice to see from the outside. If you’re not a Muslim you won’t be allowed inside, but still impressive either way. It’s very close to the main square so you will get harassed by people trying to sell you stuff and asking for money as you’re walking around

Wonderful little oasis in the centre of marrakech. The famous cafe was closed when we went without explanation and it was the only place out of all the villas/ museums / gardens we went to see that day that was adamant we wear masks (it was empty and mostly outdoors) but other than that it’s very beautiful and worth seeing if you’re in the area.

First, please note that the contents of the museum may be different to your guide book - it has changed to focus more on Moroccan carpets and the like.
But it is well worth a visit, with a range of artifacts which help you understand and appreciate this amazing country. The courtyard is a wonderful haven of peace, and the decor of the building is worth the admission fee in itself. It was not crowded when we visited; I suspect that's because it's hard to find! But compared to the crowds which can spoil the Bahia, that's a plus point.
If you need help finding the Dar Si Said, try this which worked for us: Face the entrance to the Bahia Palace (easy to find), and turn left (north) up the Rue Riad Zitoun El Jedid. The second alley on the right should still have a sign for the Dar Si Said - head up there and a left turn will take you there. The entrance is then easily found at a corner which turns left again and quickly right to lead you back to Zitoun El Jedid, and towards the Jemaa El Fna if you wish. Good luck!

defintely requires a visit the palace grounds are huge so make sure you take a hat and bottle of water if you are visting during the day as it gets really hot and most of the area is exposed. the huge pools now filled with trees and plants give you an understanding of how water showed the importance and stature of the owners. there is a very interesting exhibition in the basement of the palace and the stork nests on top of the tower are amazing, enjoy

Me and a group of 6 booked a 3 day excursion for
    11.08.21 - 13.08.21.
Our driver was called Yousef a real gentlemen, very knowledgeable and offered a personalised service, it was my first time in Morocco 🇲🇦 and Yousef taught me a lot about the people and the culture.

I would definitely recommend picking Yousef as your driver.

One of the nights we spent in the desert camp and I have to say the facilities and hospitality were fantastic!
Each tent was fully equipped with beds 🛌 and clean shower and toilet facilities.

Mohammed was a fantastic host at the desert camp, he provided ice cold water which in the 50 degree heat of the desert was exactly what we were looking for, the food that was served was also fantastic.

Camel 🐪 riding in the desert was good, the 2 chaps were very friendly and respectful, we done quad biking in the desert, the 2 chaps that acted as guides were very experienced drivers and made the experience feel like one to remember.

Yousef picked 2 hotels for us to stay in during our excursion, both hotels were very modern and had all the facilities that you would expect from a European Hotel.

All in all the experience was one to remember and I would definitely be returning to Morocco 🇲🇦 soon and will definitely request for Yousef again.

Excellent escape from the city... expect to pay 100 MAD in a cab to get there . We arrived at opening time 11.30qm and had pre booked. Lovely setting, great service, food and drinks. All the facilities are superb. The music was good but was so LOUD by the time we left at 4pm that we couldn't hear each other without shouting- it got on my nerves so I'm obviously too old. My sons aged 19 and 21 enjoyed it and my daughter aged 14 hated the constant turning up of the music too.
