We had a fantastic day leaving our hotel in Oahu t 5:05 am and flying to the Big Island and returning at 9:30. We had a great day seeing all the sites and historical places. Unfortunately our time was limited but our guides organized the highlights of this incredible memorial to maximize our time there. The guide and driver were very knowledgeable, professional and friendly. No air fresheners (as I requested) in the car thank goodness as I am allergic to those chemicals. Delivery was right on time and communication by text was super helpful. My family has had a blast with the snorkel gear at every beach we visited. And having cold drinks in a cooler was convenient and money saving. - Mary Frances MWashington25 contributionsI could not recommend this taxi service more! They were excellent--perfect. Reliable, on time, and very professional. I decided to use taxis whille in Kona instead of renting a car and I had several complicated pick ups at odd times (9pm, 6am etc). Without fail, the taxi was there on time and usually early. They would always text or call along the way to let me know their ETA. I had one taxi pick us up at 6, stop at one place about 10 miles away and then continue to drop us off about 6 miles from there with a return pick up 5 hours later. It all worked out perfectly. I will absolutely use them again. They made the trip so much more enjoyable knowing I had a reliable transportation option. We returned to the ship 45 minutes early, an did not stop at the macadamia nut farm due to it being closed since 2020 because of Covid, yet it’s still advertised. Even though it was last minute, they adjusted their schedule and provided a bus for our guests. The driver was amazing, and made it fun for our guests, and the kids, who sand the whole way to the reception! We were so glad this bus was available - our alternative was a bunch of taxis that would have been a lot less fun. - Anna T52 contributionsThe website promotes 24/7 shuttle service. The hours are why we chose them, i asked at bell desks and they say they seldom see airport pickups after 9 pm
The pickups are fine and punctual the dropping off is not so great they wanted to drop over 3 hours pre flight as they had pickups to do.
They refunded our money promptly but the driver was far from pleasant, when we tried to resolve
Dispatch only texts clients so more difficult to figure things out when a conversation would be better
It is cheaper than a cab, and the drivers are generally fabulous
Tourism is a captive audience that prepay, so I am guessing they don’t mind if you are not a returning customer
