Amazing private tour! Our tour guide, Freddie, was incredible!! He made our experience amazing and exceeded our expectations. This excursion was the best excursion we’ve ever been on. Don’t be afraid to book this because you’re on a cruise. They make sure you get back to your ship!! The views were spectacular and it was truly an experience of a lifetime!!!

We actually took two tours through UpClose Belize, the ATM cave tour and the 3x combo with monkeys, zip lining and cave tubing. Words can’t express the incredible adventure that UpClose Belize provided us. The tours themselves took us through conservation, history and fun! Whether it was up in the tree tops or below ground in a cave, all the guides were knowledgeable, enthusiastic and entertaining. We especially adored Norman who was friendly and matched the energy of the group. I couldn’t imagine a better time. THANK YOU ALL! 5 stars!!!

The most amazing, fun adventure! We are a family of five (with 3 teens ages 18, 16, 14) and this was such an incredible, exciting kayak cave experience. Francis and Oscar were our guides and had so much knowledge to share with us. My family had a great time and the delicious homemade lunch made by Oneida was absolutely delicious. I highly recommend this adventure to all. Especially, if you have teens and are an adventurous family. You have to see it with your own eyes to appreciate and understand. A must do!

We had an amazing experience with Abren, our guide! He led us through the forest to the starting point, telling us about different trees and living creatures. We paddled through the cave stopping at wonderful places - underground waterfall, crystalls, swimming hole. At one stop Abren took us for a short walk in the cave. At the end of the trip we paddled on the river to the finish and it was another adventure on the shallow but pretty fast river.
We really enjoyed all the wonderful places and our guide. Thank you very much Viv Tours and Abren!

The trip was very good with one suggestion. You should never pair people up with cruise ship people as we were on their time schedule to be back to boat which did not allow us to have the Belize lunch and instead we had the option to eat in the van on way back to dock. That was a disappointment. In future keep cruise ship people separate from personal bookings

Sharon and Abner were our guides for our group of eight: one couple from a cruise ship and six men on a guys trip through Central America. Sharon gave us lots of background and info about Belize on our hour long ride to the kayaking site, very interesting look into life in her country. We took a short hike to get to the water and caves (have good shoes for a rocky wet path and a change of clothes if you want to swim). With a brief decription of how to handle the kayaks and what to anticipate, we set off for an amazing trip through the caves interspersed with sunlit spaces. Our other guide and driver, Abner, took over as the guide on the water. We learned about the Mayan culture and the role the caves played their history. It was just the right amount of challenge for an active yet relaxing activity for our day. Both guides were very professional, helpful and entertaining with their knowledge and humor. They also were very diligent about getting both groups back to town for meeting scheduled departure times. Lunch at the end was good local type cuisine (not gourmet). The one vendor we checked out at the site was selling a longsleeve tee for $50 which suggested the prices run on the high side. We passed.
