Clarence a.k.a. “Brown Sugar” was our guide! He is so knowledgeable about the cave, the river, the animals, the plants and the history of Belize! I feel like I hit the jackpot! I got the best tour guide there is! He’s funny, friendly, optimistic, and caring too. He always has a smile on his face, and he has a kind heart! Book a trip with Brown Sugar! He’s amazing! The hike to the river was stunning! I have never seen such incredibly large plants before! The palm leaves/branches were 15 feet long! They made a bridge over the walkway! The ride on a tube down the river was so beautiful, relaxing, and fun! The zip lining was breathtaking, and it was a nice little adrenaline rush! The food was authentic—chicken, beans, rice and coleslaw. A drink choice was soursop juice! It was creamy and delicious, almost like a virgin pina colada! It’s an all natural juice! I loved the drive to and from the site as well. The scenery in Belize is unBELIZEable! I had a blast with Brown Sugar!
