- Journey407565040921 contributionThe team has a definite structure set. Two STRONG suggestions:
A separate cashier check-in line for those who have already purchased return tickets ( doesn't make logical sense to have passengers check in again and stand in a line with those who are waiting to purchase tickets).
Please have the team announce to utilize headphones when listening to a device ( I requested for a team member to speak to another passenger, but he stated that he couldn't ). Place signs( use headphones as a friendly reminder.
One more thing, there was a grounds team member ( San Pedro) who attempted to arrange ground transportation for me… tall thin Hispanic young person... He stated that his friend would charge me USD 30 to get to the airport. I inquired if was he confused several times… In summary ns a co-worker shared the concise cost. Why would this guy think that he can cheat a woman from Chicago is beyond me😂😂

- AndreaNVancouver, Canada108 contributionsWe were very impressed by how organized, punctual and effective they are with their passengers, luggage and everything else they transport to and from the islands! The boats are not big, so they can be harsh on the back in rougher seas like we had on the way to San Pedro. The way back was smooth and relaxed.
When booking a round trip online, you don't get you choose a return date and time. This can only be picked upon checkin at the terminal. We found out though, that if you email them beforehand mentioning your rountrip reservation, they can reserve a specific date and time for the return for you. Prices were a bit high compared to other ports on our cruise but it is the start of the Carribbean cruise season. Best deals are end of season in late March/April. This seaport requires tendering which took about 25-30 minutes in some rough water as the winds were up and from the north northeast making the bay quite choppy--not the most comfortable ride. - Andrew M5 contributionsWe were a family of seven adults and were comfortable in their huge spotless van. The drivers were on-time, friendly, and informative. I received quick responses to emails for scheduling and last-minute changes. The company will work with you to make arrangements according to your needs/desires. We traveled from Belize City Airport to San Ignacio, took a day trip to zipline/cavetube, drove from San Ignacio to the Belize City Water Taxi, and finally from water taxi back to airport. Have a handy online prebooking link that you can trust. We used them several times while in Belize and they never disappointed. Denny responds very quickly via text or emails.

For us, it was a fast check in although far too many signatures required to complete the paperwork. At least the staff were very pleasant. Reasonably good car (a Chev) Only problem was the driver's side visor which flopped down. No issues at all when turning it in and this company is well priced when compared with the competition. - Heidi W1 contributionAbe is such a kind soul and a wonderful driver! He was a major highlight of our trip. He drove us twice and was very punctual each time. He was so great to talk to and told us everything we wanted to know about Belize, and even offered to stop at local landmarks along our route for free. I was traveling alone with my teenage son and we felt so cared for. They went out of their way to make our experience perfect! - JSharp1 contributionElias cares deeply for everyone he serves. I had the privilege of riding with him by myself to pick up supplies for our trip. We had a great conversation about his heart and care for the children of Belize. He has a wonderful sense of humor and a joyous soul.
His knowledge of the country, the roads, and the BIRDS is second-to-none! At no point did we every feel unsafe. He actually made our trip all the better.

We didn't want to rent a car, since it was our first time in Belize, and weren't sure about driving in a foreign country. Troy was great, and obviously experienced in making the drive from BZ to Placencia (he told us he sometimes makes the trip 4 times in a day!). He drives fast, but everyone does in Belize, and he really knows the roadway. On the way there, we had a private transfer and stopped at a grocery in Belize City and for a pit stop in Dangriga. Troy told us a lot about Belize... we're really glad we did this instead of taking a puddle jumper, because we got to learn so much from Troy.
On the way back, we booked a shared shuttle leaving from Placencia at 6:00 am, but ended up being the only passengers. We stopped for a pit stop in Dangriga, and got Johnnycakes at the gas station (highly recommended for a yummy breakfast! We made it to the airport by 9:20, with plenty of time to spare for our 12:10 flight.
