The guides were super fun, incredibly knowledgeable, and incredibly helpful. The snorkeling was fantastic and I felt very safe and cared for the whole time.

They were super fun and friendly and told us so much about the sea life we were seeing. They also made us feel safe and kept us hydrated and reminded us to reapply sunscreen. It was amazing how they knew where to find the sea turtles, stingrays and look for the manatees.
The lunch was generous and filling, and they had options for vegetarians.
It was cool to see the camaraderie among the Eco Tour boats out there, sharing food sometimes and helping each other spot manatees. I loved seeing all the different coral and the once in a lifetime chance to swim with nurse sharks! Jordan got into the water with us to snorkel and dive down into the reef to point out fish. He would then surface and tell us about them. You can tell they are experienced. Trip itself was a quick ride out and to each stop.
The first snorkel go for 45-60 mins sounds long but you're not going too far, we tied life jackets around our waste and we're fine lasting that long.
Would highly recommend. It's a short time commitment, an easy boat ride, and we swam with a sea turtle, manta rays, and lots of nurse sharks among all the gorgeous fish - it was a really cool experience!

We hit Hol Chan for a group snorkel - super fun and informative with turtle spotting and eagle ray; then on to feed the nurse sharks; then looked for manatees; then over to open snorkel- really fun to explore on your own; then to the sunken barge - cool to see that environment; then to Tarpon Cove to feed some massive fish and the frigatebirds. Great experience, bring your waterproof Go-Pro. Well worth the fee. For a beginner like myself, they made me feel so comfortable and made sure my experience was good. Definitely recommend booking with them. Jordan was so friendly, passionate and knowledgeable about the island, reef and wildlife. Unfortunately we waited too long and all trips were full - book early :) Catamaran Belize was so helpful in offering various customized private options as well as recommending a similar group tour. So responsive, kind, and helpful! - fussymama50ny38 contributionsThese guys are number one! Our family had the absolute best time snorkeling with Blackhawk tours. We did not want to take the ferry from our cruise ship, they provided us complete transportation to and from! Totally a private tour! They were great at keeping our group of 8 together while providing us a snorkeling tour of Hol Chan. We snorkeled with the nurse sharks, which was unbelievable! We had a very varied group, both guides were in the water during our snorkeling trip. Not only did they accommodate all abilities, they showed us some of the most beautiful sea life! HIGHLY RECOMMEND! Just beware there is a constant island breeze that leaves the water a little choppy with a current that goes towards the shore. - Larry RSan Diego, CA5 contributionsThis is 4th time I have used C&S and I have never been disappointed. The service has been top notch and the communication has been very good as well. On my last trip, the cart wasn't quite ready due to issues from a previous renter but Jose arranged to have the cart delivered to my Hotel and Cesar gave me a ride to my Hotel. This was no inconvenience as I didn't need the cart until later in the evening.
