    Beautiful station
    Wow. Amazingly beautiful station both inside and outside. The outside has an impressive statue as it's centerpiece. The inside has beautiful walls and a wonderful old clock

    Decent
    Really good and easy to use metro system. The SmartTrip cards are great and also easy to use. Could just do with a few more Metro stations on the National Mall. But at least you can you the SmartTrip cards on the Circulator Bus for $1 price as well

    Great bus ride to save you time and your feet.
    Thank you DC for providing this service. We only rode this bus a handful of times but it always beat walking and got us close to where we needed to be. With a cost of about $1, you can't beat that. We even rode it around the mall one whole time to just take a break in air conditioning. P.S. it also goes into Georgetown.

    We would do this again in a heartbeat!
    We got on at the Warf and just rode to Alexandria and National Harbor. My daughter has a hurt foot, so we didn't get off to visit anywhere, but we thoroughly enjoyed the ride. Our Captain was fun and informative. The scenery was breathtaking. I would do this again in a heartbeat.

    Perfect experience
    Amazing experience. The booking process was simple. The communication was spot on. And the service was flawless. We attended a concert that was delayed by over 2 hours. The driver assured me he had no problem waiting around until the end, allowing me to enjoy the concert stress free.

    Great way to connect
    This street car line is the first street car to open after the original line was closed in 1962. Although it is a very short distance (, this is a beginning of bringing street car back to the city to serve as one of the transportation system in Washington D.C. It is a nice attraction for tourist and a nice way to transport people to various spots in the H Street Corridor and to connect with existing services and neighborhoods. Currently it is free for the District residents and visitors. Come to enjoy good food and good bars in H Street area via Metro and connecting to the Streetcar D.C.

    Time to relax on a long journey!
    I used Black hawk for airport transfers between IAD and downtown with my family this holiday. It just makes the journey a whole lot easier. Like a few years before, it was an excellent service, clear communication, easy booking, excellent cars and driving. Absolutely recommend them and will use them whenever I am in DC.

    Cruise
    Sweet 45 minute ride from the Wharf to Georgetown. At $24 I consider it pricey but I had a good time. Saw a lot of monuments.

    Amtrak - Not very good, Not very bad!
    Used Amtrak to travel from Union station in Washington DC to New York. Services were fine, seats were comfortable, it was fully occupied and there was a big queue of passengers at the station for going to the train, in normal coach class they do not have seat numbers which you can reserve at the time of booking, so chances are there if you will be a family of three or four travelling together, you will end up seating separately. If you look at the Amtrak trains you may end up comparing them with those which are in Europe, yes comparatively they are the same except speed wise Amtrak is too slow while the European ones are super fast.

    First time rider!
    My daughter recently moved to DC. Returning from DC, my daughter booked the Jet Bus for us to return to New York. This was our first time on the bus, and we met the Owner, Chad. Chad spoke about the company and said they have been up and running for about a year and are looking to expand to other cities. I was very impressed with this bus and instantly fell in Love. Kory, who was the concierge, was so lovely and pleasant. We were greeted with a warm cloth to wipe our faces and hands, which was lovely. They offered snacks, beverages as well as adult beverages for free. I will only take this bus when I go and visit DC. If you decide to travel to DC, please check out Jet Bus. I promise you will not be disappointed.

    Very Reliable
    This was the best ride of my life! super nice driver, i never felt uncomfortable, he was super friendly and made sure i had everything i needed throughout the ride. i would definitely ride with him again

    Outstanding
    My husband and son and I would highly recommend the Monument tour by pedicab! Bob, our guide, was excellent--very friendly and knowledgeable. Our other family members rode alongside us in 2 separate pedicabs with Kevin and Bob, who were also superb! That evening pedicab tour was the most memorable of our tours while in D.C.

    Excellent Service
    I highly recommend using DCA Car Service for any special occasion. They provided fabulous service for my trips at Los Angeles. I have to give credit to manager Arsen and Chauffer Alber. There were unexpected challenges occurred during services, but Arsen worked out issues with patience and professionalism. He is a great manager. Alber is a nice, polite and skillful driver. He is easy to work with and his car is clean. They care about their clients. The wonderful service DCAcar provided makes my travel experience stress free, safe, and seamless.
