I booked Puzzle Break's virtual Hackfiltration Escape Experience and from the beginning their team were sooo helpful and accommodating with any questions or special requests we had.
I played the online version, and it was super fun; they did a great job of moving the experience to a virtual format to adhere to COVID restrictions--keeping everyone safe and having a good time!
Had an amazing time once again at Escape Hour Gig Harbor ! Awesome customer service, game masters are great, puzzles we’re challenging and the live actors were wonderful!
Two people in our group had already taken the Mayan Adventure and survived the Cabin (and were impressed by the 'production quality' and attention to detail ... and they had a blast), so by default we ended up doi...
Each experience has been EXCELLENT- a great mix of puzzle types, a very interactive experience with a high production value (the room, the props, the actors, etc.), and the perfect level of difficulty for our group.

The zombie ones are both a lot of fun with the live actor presenting an additional room challenge, but the production value and attention to detail with Deadbeard's Revenge is, quite simply, amazing.
We were able to solve the puzzle in the last minute of the hour which made for a super fun and rewarding experience!
Braedon was an awesome host and he helped us have a lot of fun!.
We did the Evil Dead themed room and it was INCREDIBLE! Staff was friendly and helpful, puzzles were hard (in a good way) and it was a super fun experience all around!
The production values are outstanding, the puzzles are fun and entirely logical within the flow of the game, and the game master was incredibly helpful (and hilarious).
The details were amazing from the intricate puzzles and the super cool sound effects to the elaborate set designs! Can’t wait to go back for another adventure!
Great puzzles, helpful when asked, cool special effects, and compelling story tied the experience together across multiple zones within the experience.
Their game was incredibly well put-together (puzzles, clues, decoration, game-flow) and the game master was a hoot!
had a team building event here, two groups of 9 of us came and had a super time and all 18 of us were pleasantly surprised, and to have 18 all agree is something.
Zodiac was spooky but exhilarating and Prison Break was probably our favorite room due to the changes of scenery and the hands-on nature of the puzzles.
(Hints are available if needed but I recommend communication with your team) Each obstacle we overcame gave us the confidence needed in order to eventually ‘escape' and it was quite the thrill.

We all split up and did our rooms and met back in the event space afterwards to decompress and tell each other about the amazing time we all had.
Each of us ended up discovering clues that helped solve the puzzle and we won!

Our sponsor was Marques and he did a great job and made the adventure really fun!
For less than a 3minute camel ride and about the same price as the carousel or ice cream, our group (3 toddlers, 5 school aged kids, and 4 adults) spent over an hour just skimming the surface of what the fort had...
Point defiance park is very nice and the fort gave a good historical perspective

We will definitely go back to do the Sasquatch or Holiday rooms - the puzzles were great and the price was reasonable, which we appreciate a lot especially with wanting to experience it as a private group with our...
The variety of puzzles, the creative storylines and the immersion of the set design place it head and shoulders above other escape room establishments.
The story was interesting and it had a good use of different types of puzzles and the audio clues were a nice touch to really immerse you in the experience.
Conquering a few rooms here in Seattle for more fun an excitement to add to my list of escape room victories.
