The highlight is the back to back super long runs with outstanding vistas. The breweries were neat, clean and friendly accommodating us with different beer selections. The food stop was also wonderful. Her knowledge of Vermont & the details of the communities to which she brought us were the enrichment that we simply would not have had, even going to those same places on our own. It made it so special. It made the short drives between stops feel like more than just transit time. Natalia was responsive & adaptable, swapping in a couple stops based on what she heard from us both before the trip & on our day together. That made it so personal! Her time management skills seemed so effortless. We never felt rushed. We had to pause our tour after the first stop to run and grab something from a nearby store (pausing is an option as it’s a timed challenge). When we went to unpause the scavenger hunt to continue, it wouldn’t allow us to return. We tried refreshing the app, logging out and back in, etc. Contacted the app company and they couldn’t issue a refund as we bought through Trip Advisor. We tried reaching out to the service but no response and get this, Tripadvisor no longer accept PHONE CALLS!!!
