The horses were great and calm, the trail was full of beautiful scenery, and our guide Ricky was very informative.
We actually rode in a light rain, but still the meadows of wildflowers, the woods and views of the river were awesome.

We highly recommend Juniper Hill Stables for beginners as well as more advanced riders looking to enjoy beautiful scenery during a trail ride through Texas Hill Country, with wonderful guides!
We really loved riding Mickey and Whiskey, they were very sweet and communicated with us as riders very effectively to help us ride under different terrain... Yes the horse helped teach me to ride.

The people were friendly, relaxed and helpful, the horses seemed well cared for, and my trainer was friendly, knowledgeable and talented.
