Really enjoyed this attraction. The carrier had 4 self guided tours that were easy to follow. There was a small attraction inside the Vietnam era section that got the wife's heart pumping really fast. This was one of our favorite things that we visited on our trip to Charleston.

We began our day at the BMW Performance Center by driving several BMW performance cars around different tracks. What a rush! Then off to the two hour plant tour which was absolutely fantastic! Afterwards, we enjoyed relaxing in the Zentrum and seeing BMW history unfold in the beautiful cars on display along with lunch. Some reservations may be required months in advance to see it all.

This was a beautiful home! After seeing all of the beautiful homes in Charleston, we wanted to see what a home would have looked like back in the day and this home fit the bill! We learned a lot about the lifestyle of the people back then and really enjoyed the history of the Nathaniel Russell family in particular. Our tour guide, Nancy, was knowledgeable and just delightful! I would highly recommend this tour!

This was a great tour and a great value! My husband and I learned so much from the tour as well as from reading the many displays in the museum! I highly recommend adding this to your agenda. It will add a great deal to your experience in the city!

We combined our visit with the ferry out to Fort Sumter and parked our car in the garage very close by. After both activities, paid $13. If your purchase tickets with cash, no need to do it online. Just get them from the ticket window.

Not as large as some of the major cities aquarium, but this one is still very enjoyable. We were there when they did the 3 pm diver in the center tank show. That center tank is their pride and joy. It’s the deepest tank in North America. You could spend quite a bit of time looking at all the different types of fish here. Including lots of sharks.

We also liked the sting ray exhibit. The staff was very helpful there with information about the exhibit. Also rehabilitate sea turtles back from injury and illnesses.

Very clean facilities. We visited in the later afternoon, think the crowd is way less than mid morning when we took the ferry out. Spent about 90 minutes here.

Good time spent on a rainy day in Myrtle! We took our 2 1/2 year old and she loved it! We danced, sang and played with the props, perfect idea for a quick trip away from the resort and beach!

Liked how they closed the place with a song. Nice layout. Found some Dukes of Hazzard stuff for my boyfriend. Allow enough time. We ran out of time.

Love the market! You can find anything really here!!! I got myself a mug, basket, purse, charcuterie board and Christmas ornament. Some prices are higher on items than others, so shop around. One vendor there sold lemonade, it was delicious, my husband and I went back twice because it was so delish.

A lot of history in this building. The displays were very informative.
It's amazing how people were treated and nobody cared.

A stunning church that is totally different than many vintage churches! Wood with colorful trim, stunning doors and angles and on a beautiful property on the water. Make sure to stop by when in town. Easy parking near the church.

Unique approach to preserving. Gives a great insight into life pre and antebellum. Lots of history about enslaved people and aristocrats and how they lived.

Note: this is in original condition--nor updated or restored. Built about 1820.

If you go, take your own headphones and download the app. The iphones and cheap headphones they offer are problematic--don't work very well.

To follow the audio tour takes about 45 minutes. Remember, this is NOT air conditioned if you go in the heat of summer. But it gives you an idea of how tough life was.
