What travelers are saying
- Nakanoob24 contributionsOutstanding brewery experience. The inside tasting room is very rustic on purpose, and kind of like a saloon. The outside lawn area is very relaxing and quite nice. Good area for the kids to run around.
All the staff are very friendly and welcoming. Bartender remembered us from previous visits. Samples were given without question. The beers are excellent. Had a NMX Lager and a Chicken Killer Barley Wine. Either end of the spectrum style wise, both were very good. My Father had the Nut Brown Ale and a Java Stout both of which he enjoyed. We took a six pack of the Nut Brown home to compliment the other SFB beers in the fridge: Pale Ale, Octoberfest, and 7k IPA.
Really enjoy the atmosphere and friendliness and quality of the beer of this brewery and will continue to visit in the future.Written January 11, 2023This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. The food was very fresh and despite probably short on staff, the staff that was there were very efficient.Written October 26, 2022This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. - JessieJessupWashington DC, DC5 contributionsWe had read about this brewery and were so excited to visit. The entire experience was pleasant, delicious and fun. We loved the hazy IPAs. The team was helpful and friendly. And the pizza was delicious. We only wish we could find your beer in DC.Written November 27, 2022This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. Tripadvisor performs checks on reviews.

- Matthew MFort Worth, TX11 contributionsWe stopped in and had a few beers while watching a storm roll over the mountain. It made for a somewhat magical experience. - EconMomJacksonville, FL330 contributionsNice selection of beers for all tastes and the taproom is airy with both indoor and patio seating. Flight came in a New Mexico shaped holder and I really enjoyed the berry cider, blood orange cider (different and delicious), coffee porter and milk stout.Written May 5, 2021This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. - George NTampa, Florida378 contributionsThis was a quick visit to sample some beers. Like most of the establishments in the area, parking can be a little tricky. I made my own spot outside the front, and the staff assured me it was ok. I can image parking would be impossible on busy days. Inside the area was like a warehouse, nice but a bit stark. Our bartender was very friendly and knowledgeable about the beer selections. I chose a flight of 4, and really enjoyed the different flavors. For a quick visit it was a friendly place and good service.Written February 24, 2020This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. - travelforfun2233Fruita, CO192 contributionsThis place has a good selection of beers and a few ciders on tap. Tried the ciders and like the berry the best...other 2 we're a bit dry for me. Not a huge selection of food... basically pizza and a few sandwiches. I had the Italian sandwich which was very good. But don't think I would be back for food again. We did have really good service.Written October 3, 2021This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. Tripadvisor performs checks on reviews.

- Erik SAlbuquerque, NM26 contributionsWe visited right after their re-open, after being closed for almost two months (COVID closure). They were knocking the rust off from being closed, only reason they did not get an excellence rating. They are currently understaffed, so check the hours on FB and not on Google. They do not have enough staff to remain open seven days a week.
We liked the beer, especially, the Pilsner. My wife really liked the Mango flavored beer.
We sat outside and had a great view of the ski area. We were so excited to finally get out to somewhere other than home. We visited five times during our stay. We had to go inside to get re-fills on three nights and on two other nights there was a server working the outside. We had no problem with having to go inside.Written June 14, 2020This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. Tripadvisor performs checks on reviews.
