It's a fun and unique activity you can do with friends (or alone) and the owners (Mimi and Matt) are awesome.
excellent efficient instructions for a first time SUPaddler, leaving plenty of time for a great afternoon on Taylorsville Lake
Got to see some really interesting places of the racing industry and learned a bunch about its history in Lexington.

I would definitely recommend this activity for thrill seekers visiting the area, and would like to certainly go back next time (hopefully when we visit again in 2 years time!).
There were 5 runs with all very different views, some through the trees that were neat, and some up above with incredible views.
It was such an awesome experience!I am glad I did it for me and my son.
They flew over Kentucky Kingdom and downtown.
Our tour guide was awesome and played all of our favorite tunes so we could sing, pedal and get thirsty!
Our tour guide Chris was knowledgeable about the Thirsty Pedaler bike and could answer all of our questions.
We loved seeing our horses from last year had foals, and Misty and Vegas were ornery, but a great adventure!
We enjoyed the domes and dripstoned tour today with our family of 5. We have 3 kids from 17 to 6 and everyone was able to keep up with the two hour tour and enjoyed it.
Beautiful horses, beautiful land

I love touring historic homes and My Old Kentucky Home offers a lovely tour complete with tour guides dressed in period costumes.
Wesley our guide, dressed in period costume, was an incredible docent; he maintained his character throughout even regaling us with My Old Kentucky Home in true theatrical voice.

Fat Man's Misery

Mammoth Cave National Park
We listened to a ranger at the patio for a free "talk" as he was answering questions and then he went to prepare for a tour, which happened to be our extended historic tour!
The park is also beautiful and the Visitor Center has everything one would want in a National Park!
Via Ferrata is definitely worth the experience as it’s super fun to climb around the rim of this gorgeous looking rock formation.
Great people and awesome first rock climbing outdoor adventure.
Great trip - it took about 3 hours to finish our trip and we were all exhausted and proud of ourselves (first time kayaking for all of us) I absolutely recommend this place for a fun way to spend your day.
Friday the girls went zip lining, today was a full day of white water rafting with our guide Wolfe, he was informative as well as entertaining!
It was so much fun and we had a great group on the bike with us! Steven was a great driver!
Lloyd is a great tour guide and makes sure you have an amazing time!

SUP Kentucky

Heather and Aaron are great teachers and the trips are always fun and a great way to experience nature in Kentucky.
Heather was great at taking photos of everyone for each of the activities, so we have our memories of our fun adventure weekend!

Easy to navigate through the park and everything can be done, from petting goats to kangaroos, feeding birds, cave tour, leaving about lots of different animals, even mining for gems!
From the horses, to the zebra, goats, wolves, dingoes, the amazing sheep herding dogs, just everything about this place was absolutely amazing.

Louisville Zoo

And they have some great events throughout the year; World's Largest Halloween Party (for the little ones), Brew at the Zoo (for the big ones), movie nights, various races (if you're into that), Santa, and more.
A great variety of animals, lots of interesting exhibits, and a number of special features (playgrounds, statues, dining options, holiday exhibits, etc.).
Our guide Tina was great, and allowed us to just relax and take in the scenery of beautiful Mammoth Cave National Park.
The horses were great and the trail guide Tina was friendly and informative.
Such a unique experience in Frankfort KY!
If you want a unique experience, this is it!

From the outside, and where you pay, we had some questions given somewhat run down building and decor, but the trail riding was awesome.
We did an hour horseback ride and it was a wonderful experience at a great price!
Lunch was a yummy buffet, the master of ceremonies made it fun, and we would definitely go back for the dinner cruise or simply a daytime ride without the meal.
The Belle of Louisville carried a whole group of convention attendees out for a night of beautiful skyline scenery, fun entertainment, and relaxing evening.
Despite there only being 4 of us (4 adults), Jonathan and Murphy were still a lot of fun, readily giving us loads of facts about the cave, some comedy and keeping us nice and involved.
Wear a jacket or long sleeves as the cave temps are around 50 degrees making it a perfect activity on a 95 degree day in July!
Great Trip (especially when water levels are high)!
I suggest the all day adventure.
The narration was well done and entertaining with a continual banter almost the entire trip, pointing out the sights and giving tidbits and trivia of the riverfront history.
The University of Cincinnati Civil Engineering Department honored the graduating Senior Class and their guests with a Dinner Cruise on the Ohio River.

Wild Cave Tour

Mammoth Cave National Park
There is a rhythm to this tour of stopping to brief for instructions for the next passage, move through passage, wait for entire group to finish, then repeat.
No pictures in the cave so be sure to get your pictures in your spelunking outfit before you go in or just after you have to return them to the guides.
Linda led our Segway tour of Louisville and we had fun seeing the shoreline and riding around town and over the bridge to Indiana.
Highly recommend this tour, worth every penny.
There is a small waterfall, the rock bridge and connecting it all is a creek which is suitable for wading.
It was a hot day but the trees provided plenty of shade and the air was much cooler at the falls.

Cedar Sink Trail

Mammoth Cave National Park
Go in late April when the wildflowers are blooming.
Yes, I would bring bug repellent for all the outdoor activities here.
