This tour was better than we expected it to be. We toured the museum before taking the tour and then headed into the factory. There is plenty of history within those walls. You can swing the bats of famous people … who knew that Daryl Strawberry had the lightest bat and Babe Ruth had the heaviest!

The life-size model of Noah's Ark--of Biblical proportions--was amazing! It was fascinating to discover so much detail about how all the types of animals could fit into the ark, how so many cultures have flood stories/legends, the impeccable research that was carried out to ensure authenticity, and so much more. The Creation Museum was incredibly inspiring as well. I especially appreciated seeing the life-size models of how a baby develops from conception to birth, and the murals with the young artists' descriptions of how they came to belief (among many other things). They say, "Prepare to Believe"... and you should!
My grandkids ('though teenagers) also enjoyed the playground, the animals, and the ziplines!
As an educator well aware of what kids are exposed to in public schools these days, I was grateful the whole experience offered an alternative to evolution (a much-more-believable one, in my mind) and built faith in Intelligent design (at the very least) and in a Creator God (at best).
I'm so thankful there is an attraction of this caliber--definitely a "class act"--and so glad we went!
    Highly recommend.

Even if you don’t like horse racing, you will enjoy this place. There is plenty of trivia and history within the museum. Plus there is a great movie and even a place where you can pretend you are betting on the ponies in different races. At the end of the movie, they walked us out to Churchhill Downs racetrack. Just as we arrived aT the track, the first race of the day started and they went right in front of us.

Great museum for car people. The 70 year history of the Corvette is extensive, and you can learn all of it there. Special displays are there occasionally, add ing to the interest. As a Corvette owner I found out about things I didn't know before, so there's an educational aspect for everyone. Gift shop, and restaurant, add an all inclusive air to the experience. Plan on spending a good part of your day there.

This was our first time visiting the park in the Spring. This is usually a summer trip for us.
    We had a wonderful time.
A great place to take your family!

Truly the castle of Louisville! My husband and I love touring old homes and this one didn’t disappoint. We opted for the self guided tour, but the employees are friendly and willing to answer questions and tell stories if you just ask. Would definitely recommend for anyone to visit while in the area.

This is a must see! So informative! We spent the whole day and were never bored! The botanical garden area outside the museum is beautiful and relaxing. We did three if the 4D presentations-very enjoyable! The planetarium show was worth the extra cost! We would go back!

I consider this a must do if any where near Paducah. I'm not a quilter but am stunned at what some people are able to do. The work involved is amazing.

We stopped in while on our travels in the area and were not disappointed. Beautiful collection of cars and stories behind each one of them. The employee on site was very friendly and knowledgeable and told us added stories of the cars and owners.

My twelve-year-old daughter, who collects Calico Critters, LOVED this museum. I thoroughly enjoyed it as well! The level of detail is unreal! Each display is just perfect! I also enjoyed reading the "Fast Facts." If you have small/short statured kids, I suggest bringing a stepstool as they will be constantly wanting to be picked up to see everything.

My partner and I went at the recommendation of a previous employee who we ran into as a tour guide at a different cave. So glad that we did!

Our guide, Jay, was enthusiastic and knowledgable. He made for a very comfortable and enjoyable experience. He also ensured lighting for a few great pics and took the time to make sure anyone who wanted a photo opportunity got one. He didn't rush us and wasn't pushy.

Please note that there is a LOT of stairs to get down into and out of the cave, and it's no joke getting back up them. I'm okay with short chunks of stairs, but this was a ton all in a row. WHOA. It was worth it, but it took me a while to get back up and out of the cave.

Once you're in the cave, there are stairs, but no long flights of multiple sets. Please note: There is very very VERY little lighting in this cave - pretty much only the tour guide at the front, and one guest at the back with a flashlight. Along some of the paths there is very dim tubes of lights, but not much else. It led to a very authentic "cave" experience!

It was definitely worth the time to see Ashland! The guide provided a very informative tour of the main house. It's a beautiful house with many original pieces throughout both floors. We learned a lot about Henry Clay and his life in Washington and Ashland.
The out-buildings and gardens that you tour on your own were interesting as well.
The carriage house has a nice cafe that had really good food and nice patio where you can enjoy your meal.

By the way, I wouldn't recommend the tour for small children. I don't see how they'd deal with the length of the guided tour.
