My 11 year old daughter thought it was absolutely awesome. You get to be very close to the animals and they all seemed very well cared for. Owner is passionate and the tour was informative and kept a good pace. I would also say it's a pretty good value for the money and well worth the drive.

I have always wanted to do this experience. Everyone was so friendly and informative. It seemed they truly wanted us to fully enjoy this experience! Devin was a great tour guide, he was the only name I got. I am very interested in the murder mystery event in April! It was a great time!

Very well done museum. It is off season so it was quiet - but the little general store & saloon were”open” we we could look & shop- so we could enjoy a sarsaparilla in the saloon. The holiday decorations are going up & look great!

Beautiful gardens - so many different varieties of plants. Landscape architecture hardscape was surprising and different. Offered lovely amount of shade. Fantastic kid's area - so creative and interactive. Even if you don't have children - you must visit this area. Also, don't miss the Japanese garden! Lovely ladies that ran the ticket booth were very helpful. We visited in October and while there were many species to observe, they had the area decked out in Halloween and some areas were blocked off for special events.

The Keeper of the Plains is a 44-foot tall steel sculpture standing at the point where the Big and Little Arkansas rivers join together in downtown Wichita. It’s a beautiful place to visit for all ages.

I've visited all the big Space/Aerospace museums in the US. The Cosmosphere is a worthy rival of the best if you want to see and learn about the "Space Race". Plenty of artefacts which will not disappoint kids and adults alike. Of course the Apollo 13 Command Module!

I visited mid-week in November. I almost had the place to myself and was able to take my time reading and looking at everything. I spent a good 3 hours in the museum galleries.

Staff at the Cosmosphere were brilliant. Super helpful and offered plenty of advice and suggestions for how to make the most of my visit. Easy parking and easy to find in Hutchinson.

My advice is to try and visit off-season so you can take your time seeing everything at your own pace.

Very glad I made the journey from the UK to Kansas to visit the Cosmosphere!

A lot of history is covered in this 3 story building. They offer a few interactive exhibits and a play area for young kids.

Do the climb to the top of the dome, it is awesome and super unique. It is well worth the time and any potential fear of heights. I am not scared of heights and I loved it. The displays throughout the capitol are also well done. Highlight of the trip to Topeka!

Our first time here. It took us almost 3 hours. But we read so many interesting facts, and looked at pictures and displays, very well done. They did tell us that the museum is going to be leaving and going to Las Vegas, so we were really glad we got to see it today. Well worth seeing. He had 433 broken bones on his lifetime. And 12 pounds of hardware inside him from all his surgeries!
