I'd highly recommend the Mendenhall trail as an easy walking challenge through nature that provides a great opportunity to stretch and enjoy the lush landscape of Alaska.
The hike from the Mendenhall Glacier Visitor Center to Nugget Falls is a flat, easy hike, and at the end you get to bask in the power of a very loud, very misty and beautiful waterfall.
