    Excellent!
    Excellent! Views were wonderful and we got champagne at the end. On time for collection too and seemed organized all round.

    Magical!
    A magical trip on a beautiful foggy morning! I'm not a morning person but getting up before dawn was definitely worth it. Vytus was a great guide with a wonderful sense of humor! I also appreciated the hotel pick up. A great way to celebrate a special occasion. I also liked the champagne and First Flight Certificate at the end. : )

    Unforgettable experience!
    Fabulous experience! Bucket list item checked off. We had a beautiful night, perfect weather floating over the gorgeous Lithuanian countryside and Trakai castle. Views were unbelievably gorgeous. Highly skilled team made it safe and did not disappoint. Hotel pickup/dropoff was an added bonus! Also enjoyed traditional Lithuanian guitar at the end. Thank you to the entire team!

    Epic Views
    We did a team building event with Hot Air Lines, with a balloon ride for 15. The tour was over the countryside outside of Vilnius. The views were spectacular over the castle and lakes. Balloon crew made the trip fun, while emphasizing safety. Highly recommended!

    Fabulous
    I 100% recommend Smile Balloons for a flight at Vilnius or at Trakai. From the quick response to my enquiry, through regular contact until I was collected from my hotel, and finally to the drive home after the ride, everything was so well organised with the 'customer' at its heart. Very efficient people were involved with the physical effort of taking us and the balloon to our launch site and setting everything up. They also provided clear instructions for the flight, and our pilot happily talked to us during the flight about the 'ins and outs' of ballooning. The final cherry on the cake was a glass of fizz and presentation of our proof of flight certificate. The flight itself was wonderful start and end in fields that earlier in the year had crops in them and we had great views of Trakai as we flew over it and then over forests of trees. Quiet, peaceful and smooth (apart from when the burners were on!). We were collected around 6pm and were back in Vilnius by 9pm.

    Amazing!
    Fantastic! This was our family’s first hot air balloon ride, so we were a little nervous. The driver came to our place in Vilnius very early in the morning and drove us out to the country near Trakai. We stopped so he could check the wind, and then met ho with the balloon ground crew at a nearby field. We watched them unpack the balloon, inflate it with fans, and then use the burner to heat up the air and get ready for flight.

    Our pilot had more than 25 years experience and clearly enjoyed flying the balloon.

    The views were amazing - we flew directly over Trakai castle.

    I highly recommend this trip and this company.

    Very professional, safe, amazing scenery.
