It was a small class of 4-6 persons, never crowded and I got a real level of personalised support. I have had face massages and full body massages for relaxation there too, both have been great.
Sanus centre has an excellent level of service; the staffs were very attentive to all my needs and very professional. This place is lovely, very calming, all rooms are very comfortable. The overall atmosphere is so peaceful and relaxing. Sanus is very well situated. Training equipment is often mishandled. It squalls, squeaks or even is left out of order for a week or longer. A part of seats is torn. Condition of showers is pathetic, the mold is mostly everywhere. - PauliusVilnius, Lithuania41 contributionsIt's not a spa, there's no service, massage etc. But it's an excellent sauna, with a traditional sauna stove that creates a completely different microclimate than "mass produced" saunas in spa/leisure centers. You're not supposed to feel scorched by the heat, it's just pleasantly warm and there's good heat-humidity balance.
I really like the laid back atmosphere. It's a small place, there's only one staff member and it feels like you're a guest in his home. This is way better than the cold/sterile commercial atmosphere of most public saunas.
On some days they also have special programmes by sauna masters, I recommend those.
