We can never get enough of European travels so we go as often as we can & are always looking for new adventures. This was such a unique & intimate way to immerse ourselves in the beautiful city of Budapest. Our guide was wonderful! Picked us up & dropped us off at the front door of our hotel plus took us to just the right amount of highlights & gave us the perfect amount of time to spend there. And one of the most favorite parts was having the rare opportunity to look up & not miss a single thing in the topless jeep. I never really thought about how much one misses on a tour bus with a limited view. Thanks so much for the wonderful experience! Our guide was insightful and very experienced, tailoring the course according to the physical ability of the group. His quirky sense of humour will help anyone who is a little nervous. The three hours go quickly, and it's a great activity to do before a visit to the thermal baths or to get away from any undesirable weather conditions outside (the caves are a fairly consistent temperature both in winter and summer). The weather was great and we had two hours exploring the city on these brilliant e-Scooters. We had already walked around much of it already but it was great to have a guide to explain the history and relevance of buildings and landmarks. Sourav was excellent. Polite, knowledgeable and made sure all of our questions were answered. I would highly recommend this tour and this guide. Just one word of caution. George was super helpful during the booking process and Laci was a great guide - he was knowledgeable about the area and made the day memorable.
I booked this trip solo and it was a great way to meet other travellers. It was a good way to see more of the country. The hike was steep in parts but the views were stunning. It was also nice to see the area for the canoe. In the 3+ hours, we saw all the main highlights of Budapest and were able to stop to take pictures and see everything up close. Hafa was very knowledgeable and we learned so much as well as having lots of fun. Hafa was very patient and safely conscious with us 2 senior citizens. We had a lesson before we started so we felt comfortable with the Segway. Hafa also took tons of pictures of us with our phone and even a video so we will have lots of wonderful memories of our tour. It was honestly the best tour of our whole trip.
