Great views on the way down of Budapest
We took the Children's railway to the top, had a pleasant walk in the woods and got the chairlift down which gives great views of Budapest in the distance.

Free elevator
This was a waste of money...walk down towards the Art Gallery and there's an escalator and elevator for free. I found it after I had gone to the top.

So easy to use
The easiest to use metro i have experienced!
Only 4 lines 3 of which cross at only 1 station.
72hr travel card for metro and trams is a bargain.
Very clean and always felt safe
Be advised that tickets may not be checked or scanned when you get onto metro but it will be we you get off! Inspectors also board trams and fines are issued if you don't have a ticket.
