- Taz13 contributionsReally enjoyed it. Somewhere away from the city tourism. It was great as we met up with Hungarian friends with her young daughter, she loved it too. The train ride was about 40 minutes, just right on a hot summer day. - Sarajk1 contributionWe got into the train to Vienna from Budapest meld gold station . After taking our seat we put our backpack on the overhead train rack . Within minutes the backpack was stolen ! It contained cash, electronics and passports ! Budapest police just took report , no action. Beware !!! And also station full of beggars who look to be well dressed but asking for money !!!
