Only 4 lines 3 of which cross at only 1 station.
72hr travel card for metro and trams is a bargain.
Very clean and always felt safe
Be advised that tickets may not be checked or scanned when you get onto metro but it will be we you get off! We disembarked our River Cruise and had an 8:00 am flight from Budapest to Munich.
Mary was waiting for us at the pier at 5:00 am. There were 10 of us. She provided a large van that easily sat our group and all the luggage.
We arrived at the airport with plenty of time to spare.
Thank you so much, Mary.

Th eprice that we agreed was th eprice that we paid. The collection at the airpot was really simple, just used WhatApp to let him know we had a rrived and gone thorguh customs and the driver was there with a few minutes. The transfer itself was great, the car was clean and tidy. The driver spoke about all the palces to visit our stay in Budapest with a video commentary in the car. dropped us outside the hotel. The entire booking process was clear and efficient. Very fast response times. Charges and payment procedure were clearly specified . No hassle at all. The ferries offer great views from the river and have a little cafe onboard and (terribly smelly) free public toilets. The lower deck is completely closed in and the upper deck is open with some covered areas. - Mikael FHelsinki, Finland30,549 contributionsOn arrival, we took a taxi to our hotel in the city center. The taxi booth for Fötaxi was easy to find. There you get the number for your taxi and an estimate for the cost. Our 20-kilometer ride was 31 euros. The driver was very friendly.
On our return transfer, we used the 100E Airport Express bus. The terminus is at Deak Ferenc ter metro station. We bought tickets from the underground ticket machine. The price was 6 euros per person. The bus came full and many had to stand the whole journey. Organised online and it was very easy to do so and reasonably priced for the four of us. The driver was waiting at arrivals with a sign board and helped up with our luggage.
