Very poignant. It is good to know something about WWII history and Budapest to really understand the symbolism of this installation / monument. Very moving and sad.

Heroes Square is a wonderful square to visit, the centrepiece of this square is the wonderful Millennium Monument, so impressive, the rows of statue's to the 7 chieftains of the Magyars is fascinating and the other row of statue's to important Hungarian historical figures looks amazing, you also have the poignant Monument Stone Of Heroes which a lot of people mistakenly believe is the Tomb Of The Unknown Soldier and all around this square are great looking buildings and the City Park ,its a square to most definitely check out if you're in the area and easy to locate along Andrassy Avenue.

I had a fantastic experience at the 3D Gallery in Budapest with mywife and kids! The staff was incredibly kind and even offered to take photos of us free of charge. The 3D art was mind-blowing, and it made for a fun and interactive visit. We highly recommend this place for a memorable family outing!

Very popular shopping street in Budapest. Very crowded. Lots of shops and restaurants. You can find here popular stores like Zara, H&M, Adidas along with local shops. Could be nice for couple of hours hang out for shopping or food break. Enjoy!

My mum's favorite part of our whole trip was watching this fountain. The movement of the water is so peaceful and hypnotic we could've easily watched it all day. If you sit close enough it also provides a refreshing spray to boot!

Pretty Street; be sure to look up and across the street to really appreciate all the wonderful buildings! This street has high end shops (and more watch shops than you could imagine!) and a nice vibe. Take a nice long walk, see the Opera house and end up near the Danube.

Located in District V is Kossuth Lajos Ter, the most beautiful square in Budapest.
On this square more or less behind d the Hungarian Parliament Building are some amazing buildings such as the Ministry Of Agriculture Building, The Palace Of Justice Building and quite a few other amazing looking structures ,thers also plenty of statue's and monuments including the very beautiful equestrian statue in honour of Francis II Rakoczi plus statue's in honour of Attila Jozsef and Count Gyula Andrassy, theres great monuments such as the poignant Kossuth Monument to name but one ,there's beautifully kept garden area's ,its just an amazing square to visit ,we went at night with all the buildings wonderfully illuminated, if you're planning a holiday to Budapest this square should be at the top of your list of square's to visit.

This park was still in its winter state and wasn't lush with grass or bushes. It would probably look better in summer.
It had a variety of different statues and monuments varying from a small mini frog figure, American presidents and other various local monuments.
There was lots of places to sit and it was nice to see local families using the park.

Locate up in Buda Castle is quite simply the most beautiful fountain in Hungary and one of the most beautiful fountains in the world ,its not by chance that this fountain is often referred to as the " Trevi Fountain of Budapest.
This is sculptor's Alajos Strobl's Neo Baroque masterpiece, it depicts a hunting trip led by Matthias Corvinus ,King of Hungary surrounded by his hunting party ,the king is on the highest rock, dead stag at his feet ,every aspect of this fountain looks amazing ,it's just a stunning piece of art work that's most definitely well worth checking out if you're in the castle complex.

Nice statue along The Danube Embankment which represents a father's daughter. Has impressive views of the castle behind it. Nearby is another statue The Girl With The Dog Statue.
