It was my first visit to Royal Spa. Loved that it was not overcrowded and rather a tranquil place to relax. The steam room and jacuzzi were lovely. You get a robe, towel, slippers and water included in the day pass. It was a leisurely three hours. Staff were welcoming. Recommended and will be back

As I travel in various 5 star hotels around the world, I always try to experience the spa at each hotel, and I feel fortunate that I was introduced to members of this spa. The facility itself is spotlessly clean and appealing to the eye and senses. Both Miss Julia and Miss Olga were naturally smiling and pleasant to be around, and Miss Olga gave me the most excellent massage I have ever received in Europe. These ladies are a real asset to the Aria Hotel, and if you miss this experience, it is your loss.

    I had a massage at Zsófi's.

The salon is easily and quickly accessible. The atmosphere is pleasant, the equipment is tasteful.

I was surprised that we started with an assessment. I was afraid that less time would be spent on the massage and spit-up and also that the service would not be thorough and complete. My initial impression and assumption was wrong!

The applied method proved me that I was treated by professional and skilled hands. This approach, which is completely new and unusual for me, and which I have not experienced or known before, is appealing to me.

Zsófi treated me with the utmost attention. She explained everything and answered my questions politely and readily. We also had a pleasant chat, the two hours flew by - time has never passed so quickly for me during a massage.

I teceived the best massage service ever. Thank you! 🙂

Great and kind owner and very nice and helpful reception team. Unfortunately, there is one elderly lady with blond hair, always at the gym during the mornings (sometimes she is a trainer), very disrespectful, rude, and racist, especially towards the international people. Just be aware she will use 3 machines at the same time and doesn't care, only prefers to curse and bad energy instead of talking nicely or asking. If you see her, avoid her; she is mentally ill. If you avoid her, especially in the mornings, the place is great!

This is a great arena to visit for sports events. Spacious, comfortable and with great facilities - screens everywhere do you do not miss any action, plenty of beer & food stops, easy to get to.

B4 Fitness Wellness is a nice gym with all the equipment you need regardless of your workout style. The gym is very clean and well maintained. The staff is nice. What else do you need for a proper workout? ;-)

I can only assume there are issues here. Did it serve a purpose? Yes. Was it pleasurable? Not really. The gym is too hot and very difficult anywhere in the building to cool down. The first day there was a tank of water to drink with lemon etc and that was the last day I saw it. I did find a warm drink fountain round the corner in another part. The staff seem to lack any motivation and look like they do not want to be there most just sitting looking at phones. I tried hard to interact but its difficult at best. Equipment never seems to get wiped down. I did see a couple clean the mirrors one day but that was it. I was here for 15 days but could only buy a 10 day pass. I even offered to buy a month but no interest shown. Difficult as I say it served a purpose but there are for sure far better I would assume.

The Spa department of the Hotel is under the ground. It was a little too small, but that was clear and peacefully. They have one sauna and two steam bath cabins.

The fitness center is in a very good area, in the middle of the city. The gym is not huge, the staff is very friendly. If you are looking for a very good personal trainer who speaks English and Spanish, you should go there and look for Migue Serra. His sessions are just perfect: hard but funny, with visible results :), diverse, incomparable, not boring at all...

I was looking for a pedicure and came by this store. The woman was extremely nice and her English good. She even helped plug my eyebrows even though this is not her job :)!

Good people, good gyms, good staff. Precisely for people who really want to do the job. :) Good conditions for the season tickets, also.

Narcissistic behavior by some of its members - don't go there, if what you want is good for yourself. Emotional safety matters.
I wish there would be more places in Hungary where emotional safety is put at the forefront.
Which is a pity, because otherwise the gym would be great, the facilities are great, the instructors are great, and the employees are also mainly awesome.

If staying in or near the Jewish Quarter, get a $7 (2000 HUF) day pass for this small but clean and well equipped gym (not far from the Great Synagogue).

Bring cash, unless you have a credit card that works off the Euro.
(My Visa from the USA did not work.)

Also, be familiar with Kilos vs lbs. (The dumbbells are in Kilos.)

You get a locker with lock for your valuables and clothes.

And they have a smoothie station - which I did not have, but looked fresh and inexpensive.

Retreat in Holloko was a fantastic experience! We spend a weekend in an incredible location: one night sleeping in a yurtha in the middle of pure nature, eating vegetarian meal, visiting beautiful village of Holloko and Buddhist temple, hiking, having sauna and partying at night. What to say…it was a perfect weekend to disconnect from daily life (and especially from socials). Dora and Francesco have organized everything perfectly and I’d really recommend them for such experience. Also it was nice to meet so many new people, it was a great group we had fun with!
