What travelers are saying
- Gene TBaton Rouge, LA88 contributionsEnjoyed this more than the Science Museum across the street (where we had a 3-hour wait for ticket entry). Free to go up; enter from the park side outside the building (no elevator). Can enter the main library building hall with food/coffee shops, but access to the library stacks is restricted to students. Kids would enjoy. Fine for those scared of heights as only three floors up. Closed in winter.Written July 24, 2023This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. - Maya MLondon, UK6 contributionsIf you like doll houses then it might be interesting for you. I was only one person there and it was scary and creepy, I even gasped when I saw “the three sisters farmacy” Anyways I left after 15 min I hope I won’t have nightmares.Written June 2, 2023This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. - Karen L17 contributionsOutstanding artifacts of everyday life - we thought we would be there for less than an hour, but were there much longer taking it all in. Small place but big lessons and memorable examples were taken away with us - explained so much and really gave a glimpse into life in the reality of living in this time. Growing up in the 70-80s in the United States and comparing the everyday to what it would have been like at this same time in Poland under the communist regime was really fascinating and thought-provoking. The apartment replica was a great feature, and one of the most memorable walls for us was the one about the "queues" during ration times. Also, here you are steps away from the MDM area at constitution place and this museum really helps you understand that location (architecture, symbols, etc.).Written August 3, 2023This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. - Roberts69Northampton, UK18,167 contributionsI have visited the Fragment of the Warsaw Ghetto Wall twice now. Once in September 2021 and most recently in October 2022. The first time I went I found it quite tricky to find as it is tucked down an alley to some apartments. Even though there is a signpost it is easy to miss. Therefore on my second visit I have taken a couple of photographs to help people locate the entrance to where the Wall is. If you look at my photographs you will see I have marked a yellow arrow on two of them. One is the view down the street as you approach and you can see the blue sign on a post to the left of the photo. The second is taken facing the driveway / alley that you have to walk down and then keep bearing to the right to get to the Fragment of the Ghetto Wall. When you get to the wall there are some commemorative plaques and some information on the Ghetto Wall. It is well worth a visit especially like me if you like WW2 era history and artifacts.
Hope my images help people find it a bit easier.Written October 31, 2022This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. Museum is not very big but covers the subject very well. Not safe for lively small kids. The neons are not to be touched! They are fragile and some had dire warnings one to get electrocuted if touched. For adults and teens this is great! The location is a bit shady. But that increased the experience.Written July 24, 2023This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. Tripadvisor performs checks on reviews.
- Yury PWarsaw, Poland9 contributionsIt was the first time when I tried to shoot. And it was the right place. I enjoyed every moment of being here!
First of all, they have their own parking. So there's no need to park your car somewhere else.
Reception zone has a wide screen TV with online cameras. You can see everything inside shooting area while you wait for your turn. Usually it takes 5-10 minutes of waiting.
This place has more than 100 types of different guns, riffles, pistols etc.
All personnel speaks English fluently. There will be no issues if you don't know Polish.
My instructor was Sebastian - very skilled professional! I liked him very much for his knowledge and open minded character!
In conclusion - it is a great place! 5 stars!Written March 18, 2023This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. So incredible to see the changes the city has been through so vividly, with a beautiful soundtrack to go with itWritten July 19, 2022This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. We went in today and for a modest entry fee we had unlimited play on lots of machines, new and old. Nice small snack eating terrace behind the museum. We played at least three hours, what an adrenaline rush!!!Written June 4, 2023This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. The athmosphere is relaxed and friendly, food is amazing and the chef makes sure it will taste as good as it should. - littlenutriWarsaw, Poland20 contributionsThe museum is located in centre of Warsaw and it's pretty old school in comparison to other more modern city museums; it definitely has a vintage charm. There are multiple skeletons or replicas showcasing the prehistoric animals, including full skeletons of a sauropod and a tabrosaurus. It's definitely worth to check out with kids.Written August 21, 2022This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. Tripadvisor performs checks on reviews.
- 123steph456798Edinburgh, UK54 contributionsA wonderful experience in a small and intimate venue. My only suggestion would be to give attendees a programme, just a sheet of paper with the order of pieces played would be great.Written January 17, 2020This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. - Franklin G4 contributionsWhat a great way to experience Warsaw. With your own personal guide driving around in an old polish fiat you can't loose...and it doesn't hurt when the guide is funny and knows what he is talking about, plus you get a little more information than you get on your typical tourist leafletsWritten March 20, 2023This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC.
