    I loved the tour offered, although there was not that much choice. Nice staff members and brochures, flyers & a map of the city can be obtained. The guide was excellent (tour taken: Chopin's birth place).

    Very helpful with nice staff
    Perfect Enlgish and helpful & right information on the spot! Lots of practical brochures for visitors. I also had some questions on train reservation and the lady informed me to visit "Passengers service center" at the central station where I get the right ticket with reasonable price! Couldn't be happier!

    What a find!
    We came across this tourist outlet by accident while walking around Old Warsaw. The very friendly staff answered all our enquires about how to get the most out of our time in Warsaw. They also organised transportation, accommodation and tickets to attractions for us for an overnight trip to Krakow.
    We were able to leave our luggage here for several hours between checking out of our accommodation and departing for the airport, enabling us to maximise our time in fabulous Warsaw.
    We highly recommend Friendly Warsaw and an extended visit to this diverse and beautiful city.
