Enjoyed this more than the Science Museum across the street (where we had a 3-hour wait for ticket entry). Free to go up; enter from the park side outside the building (no elevator). Can enter the main library building hall with food/coffee shops, but access to the library stacks is restricted to students. Kids would enjoy. Fine for those scared of heights as only three floors up. Closed in winter.

The museum is focuses on records documenting Jewish life under the Nazis in Warsaw. Much of the museum deals with who collected the records, how they were collected and stored. There are many personal stories about Jews who lived there - some as recorded texts, many others as letters and postcards that were sent during the holocaust. There are several short films as well.
Worth visiting, but bear in mind the focus is narrow.

Nice people original knowledge. I had a very nice chat with them at the book fair. Their documents deal with the relations of various countries in our region, including Poland, with Germany or the perception of the Germans of our social, cultural and political phenomena.
