What I most like about Warsaw Bus Travel are polite drivers, comfortably and clean buses and flexibility! The webpage has an excellent menu so you can customize your pickup with extras: Class of car, extra luggage, carseat, etc. You can even select to pay with card at no additional charge with the option yup pay in multiple currencies.
They even have all the major hotels and addresses listed in the website, making reservations simple. I believe they are the best choice even over a low-cost shuttle service. The bus departed from Kelenfold vasutallomas M ( metro station ) nearby the Etele ter square.
I took the Budapest public bus and arrived at the train station at around 06.00 AM.
At first, I thought that the Polski Bus would stop there as well.
However, as minutes went by, I realized that I might be at the wrong stop since there was no sign of the red bus coming at all.
Most of the people that I enquired with the bus itinerary , afterwards , for direction were not English conversant.
However, there was a bus driver who finally understood. He quickly pointed his hand to the underground terminal with sign language.
The clock was ticking and I rushed straight away to the underground.
Not long after, I saw a sign of Etele ter direction.
Apparently, it was at the other side of the public bus stop.
The Polski bus was already there and a number of passengers were waiting to board the red bus.
Since, it was not so crowded , the bus departed approximately on time at 06.55 AM.
The bus was clean and I enjoyed the scenery across Hungary, Slovakia and Poland.
Approaching the Slovakia and Polish border, I could see the Tatra Mountains.
Although, it was early October, there was snow already on top of the mountains.
On the border of Slovakia and Poland, there was a police check conducted inside the bus for every passenger.
The bus then continued the journey to Krakow and stopped there for less than an hour.
All seats were fully occupied from this second largest city in Poland to Warszawa.
According to schedule, the bus was supposed to arrive at Warszawa at 19.05.
However, there was a road repair that day approaching the capital city of Poland.
Thus, the bus arrived at Dworzec Autobusowy Metro Wilanowska at around 21.00.

I would not want anyone experiencing the same and would not recommend anyone using this hop on hop off bus. The wait is far too long it is a dreadful service. It could be so much better.
